In this tract, Mr. Post took issue with what Bro. Branham said about the Eden of Ezekiel; evidently trying to prove how ignorant Bro. Branham must have been, by bringing it out that this Eden was an Eden of stones. I will not argue with you on that. You brought out, how Adam's Eden was a garden; and that God planted those trees. We talk of the garden of Eden as though Eden itself was the garden; when actually, Eden is the geographical area of the world, known to mankind as the cradle of civilization. Eden itself was not the garden. Eden is the name given the area where God put the garden. When you read in the third chapter, the description of that territory, the river areas and everything, they are all still there today; even after the flood. That is the geographical area where the garden was; when it all started. However when God drove Adam and Eve from this beautiful place, we have to realize that there are two things to consider. There was a natural garden; a geographical place upon earth, where God's plan had its beginning; but the other side of this garden picture was a spiritual setting; because it was God's presence there, that made it paradise. That is why, as long as it remained like that, it was just as easy for Adam to see angels, as it was for him to see a horse; or a deer. God's presence is what made the difference. Those two trees, life and knowledge, did not grow out of the ground; yet they were in the garden. Nevertheless When Adam and Eve were driven from that beautiful paradise, God lifted that. For almost 6000 years, mankind has been eating from, or partaking of the tree of knowledge; but the other tree, the tree of life, according to the words of Jesus in Revelation 2:7, is in the midst of the paradise of God; which is in heaven. How did it get there? It is there, because it is a figurative tree, a basic law which God retains unto Himself. It is a part of the spirit realm, the realm of God's presence. Saints: You cannot depend upon your intellect; to open up this symbolic language to your understanding; it takes a revelation of certain other things of the word of God to understand some of these things that cause great controversy among people. Many people endeavor to use their intellect to disprove things they think someone else cannot possibly be right about. We are not trying with our intellect; to prove anything to anyone; for we realize it is the Spirit of God that gives us a revelation. A revelation, is an understanding of how a picture goes together. When their eyes were opened, and they knew they were naked, instead of going to a fig tree, why did Adam and Eve not go to the tree of life to get leaves to cover their nakedness? I will say it once again, Because the tree of life was not a plant life tree. Those two trees were the basis for the test Adam and Eve had to face. No son of God will ever glide through life without facing a test of loyalty and obedience. First God makes known His perfect will; and then those who are to be tested, either pass the test, or fail the test by the way they respond to the known will of God. For Adam and Eve, it was a question of how they would go about the task of fulfilling the great commission given to them. They were told to be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. That is what they were commanded to do. Then God told them what not to do; and left them to exercise their own will; as to whether they would obey Him or not. It was James that wrote, "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." That is where our test always comes, in the areas where we know the will of God. Satan either attempts to get us to doubt that God meant what He said; or just to deliberately disobey Him and face the consequences. If he cannot get us to doubt the word of God, his next effort is to get us to be careless. Careless living, is what brings so much shame upon a lot of Christians. Well did Adam and Eve fulfill the commission God gave to them? Yes they did. The earth has been refilled with living creatures; and man has learned to exercise dominion over all the rest of the living creatures. The thing that brought their trouble, was exercising their own will to go contrary to what God told them; concerning the two laws (trees) He had placed in the midst of their garden of paradise. They replenished the earth; but their sin caused God to have to impute the death penalty to them; and the result of Eve's seduction eventually got the whole human race in such a bad shape, God had to wipe the slate clean and start over. No He did not have to recreate anything; He loaded a boat with what He wanted to save; and drowned everything that was left. After the flood waters abated, and the ark had come to rest upon Mt. Ararat, the day came for Noah to open the ark and come forth from it. Here is what God said to them at that time, (Gen. 8:16) "Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee. Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth." After Noah built an altar and worshipped God, he was given the same commission Adam was given, (Gen. 9:1) "And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth." Did Noah fulfill his commission? He sure did; but every little baby that has ever been born into this world, except for Jesus who was begotten of the Spirit of God, was conceived under the law of the tree of knowledge.

As we said, Adam and Eve were to fill the earth with that of their kind. Not only was it to be filled with cows and horses and sheep and dogs, and so forth. The earth was to be filled with the offspring of Adam and Eve themselves. Therefore the test God confronted them with, was not how many horses they would bring forth. No. The test had to come against them on the basis of how they were going to reproduce themselves. If Mr. Post, or anyone else, wants to challenge this, that is fine with me. I am set, for the defense of this revelation; whenever it needs to be defended. Let us go to the 4th chapter of Matthew; for a look at another test. The baptism of Jesus, was recorded in the last part of the 3rd chapter. We know what took place then. He came there, being (according to the scriptures) about 30 years of age; and was baptized by John. He walked out into the water as the only begotten Son of God; speaking from the standpoint of the natural man that He was. Spiritually speaking, John called Him the Lamb of God. Why? Because he had a revelation. When He came up out of the water, the heavens were opened unto Him; and the Eternal, Jehovah Spirit, descended from heaven and filled Him. This is where the God of heaven came and dwelled in His begotten Son, in the fullness of all His divine qualities, or attributes. From that moment on, God became invested in a man. Yes He was more than a man; but to show the world that He was a man that had all the feelings, physically, psychologically, and every wise as you and I, He was led by the same Spirit that had filled Him, into the wilderness; where He fasted for 40 days and nights. At the end of His fast, He was tested; just the same as Adam and Eve were tested in their garden of paradise. Therefore what I want you to see, is that just as the first Adam who was a son of God, was tested, Jesus the second Adam, had to be tested also. Was He tested on how He was going to walk? Was it on the way He was going to comb His hair, or what time He should eat breakfast? Was any of that the basis on which Jesus was tested? No. He was tested on the basis of the three distinct things He was destined to be; in due process of time, on behalf of lost Mankind. First He was to be the means by how God brings about an atonement and a reconciliation, and eradication of sin on the face of this earth. That is why the first thing was, He hungered. How was that going to be a test? Was he tested, to see if He would walk 40 miles to get something to eat? No. Listen to what the devil said to Him; and you will see what the first test was. (Matthew 4:2-4) "And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He was afterward an hungered. And when the tempter came to Him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread." Could He have done it? Yes He could have; but yet I can say this, What a contrast! In Genesis 3, where the first Adam was tested, this Mr. Post attacked Bro. Branham's revelation concerning Eve and the serpent, by saying it was genetically impossible for the serpent (which he thinks was just a mere beastly animal) to be genetically capable of planting a seed in the womb of Adam's wife; that would be compatible for the purpose of conception. To you Mr. Post, and all others like you, I say this, It looks impossible; because you look at it completely from the standpoint of natural reasoning. You refuse to look at the fact that God has permitted this to be possible; that these two may be tested in relationship to how they are going to bring forth of themselves, offspring of their own kind, to fulfill the commission He had given to them. As I said earlier, in other words, Their test had to be in relation to what they were commissioned to do. Therefore their test was in how they were to bring forth that of their kind, to repopulate the earth. All other creatures were going to bring forth of their kind. The horse would bring forth the horse, the cow, another of its kind, and so on. Man was to bring forth another man; but on what basis would he do it? That was the test. One was the wrong way; and the other was the right way. Why was Jesus tempted by the devil to turn stones to bread? Because He was destined to be a miracle worker; when the Spirit of the Father in Him led Him to perform some supernatural deed. What the devil wanted, was to get Him to exercise His own will in performing a miracle; instead of the will of the Father. He later fed a multitude, with five small loaves of bread and two small fish; so we know He could have turned the stones to bread. That would have been no more difficult than expanding that small lunch, to feed a multitude. My point is this, When you try to discredit something based only upon the mere word structure of what is written in chapter 3, you are going at it in a fruitless way. God will laugh at you one of these days. After Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they covered their loins with leaves from plant life. The question then is, Why will God not accept plant life. What is wrong with it? I ask you what seems like a simple question, What is wrong with fig leaves, as long as their loins are covered? Is that not the excuse a lot of religions use today? Well what does it matter, whether we see everything exactly the same way, as long as we all believe in Jesus? Listen saints, That is not the way the early church believed. The early church did not even look at the word of God in that way. They heard it right the first time; and had no reason to look for an excuse not to live by what they had been taught. It is this 20th century, Gentile, so-called Christendom, that is always looking for a short cut to heaven. Every individual has his, or her own mind made up. The greater percentage of what is called Christians today, want just enough religion to try to stay out of hell; but they have no desire whatsoever, to live a godly life.That is why I said earlier, Every man has his own briefcase of ideas. It is almost all just traditional formality; so they do not have to worry about offending anyone. The sad part is, when truth does knock on his door, he still wants to hang on to most of it. No you do not cast out everything you have built your spiritual life around, the first day you discover truth; but neither do you hang on to it so tightly it cannot be dislodged. The God ordained pattern is, submit to the Holy Spirit; and let Him purge out error a little at a time, with true revelation.

Realizing that sin was introduced to the family of God by a creature of the animal kingdom, and finding out how it actually came about, opens up our understanding on a lot of what we previously considered mysterious utterances written in the scriptures. Just learning that Eve's sin was not committed by her partaking of some forbidden plant life fruit, lifts you up out of a great state of spiritual darkness; and gets you ready for a very interesting journey through the Bible. Then you can understand better, why God always demanded a blood sacrifice from those who desired to worship Him, instead of a basket of fruit from their vegetable garden. Adam and Eve covered the parts they sinned with, by making aprons out of plant life tree leaves; but when God found them like that, He made coats out of animal skins, to replace those fig leaves. What kind of animal did He get the skins from? Was it a lion? Was it a camel? No, I do not believe it was anything other than lamb's skin. In the scriptures, the first thing that stands out as a sacrifice, a substitute, was that of sheep, lambs.

At this point, before we get them out of the garden, there is something I want to take time to explain as clearly as I possibly can. God has already cursed them; and is about to send them from His presence. He has cursed the ground; and commissioned Adam to do his own tilling of the soil; now that he no longer has the serpent to do that for him. He did not curse Adam's reproductive ability; like He did the woman's. That in itself, ought to tell anyone something. That is why I say, If we are going to hang all of this on a plant life tree, I think God did wrong to curse her reproductive organs. What He should have done was give her a large set of teeth. That may sound silly; but it is no more so, than the idea that God cursed them for eating an apple. I am just trying to make it fit the way denominational church people believe it; because that is all they look at. When you get them in a corner, they simply say, It does not matter. Well if it does not matter, why are they always fussing at us and saying we are deceived, because we say Eve was seduced by the serpent? Those who believe the devil's apple story, call us fanatics; but I can look at them and say, You are spiritually blind; if you believe eating a plant life fruit plunged mankind into his lost state of separation from his Creator. Spiritual blindness is what caused Mr. Post to write what he wrote; therefore I just say to him, You are blind. Saints: It takes spiritual eyes to see things like this. It is very strange, when Jesus confirmed the fact that it was John the Baptist who fulfilled the voice of that one crying in the wilderness, it has been a settled fact every since. All Christendom has accepted the fact that those hills were those religious big shots called Pharisees and those who were considered spiritual leaders in Israel; yet they cannot see fruit as anything but something from plant life trees. Nevertheless I can see those two trees as two laws God set before Adam and Eve in order to test their obedience. When I heard Bro. Branham say, Jesus Christ is the tree of life; my only question was, In what form; and that was not to him. I got my answer to that question in my mind a little later; and now I see both trees for what they represented there in that paradise environment. Every quality of that tree of life is invested in Jesus. Through Him, mankind can still obtain what they would have automatically had, if Adam and Eve had never partaken of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. In fact, if Eve would have eaten from that tree, (Had sex with her husband only for the purpose of reproduction) and not from this other tree, (Which is sex for pleasure) every child she would have given birth to, would have been the same kind of little baby Mary gave birth to there in Bethlehem 2000 years ago. Every one of them would have come into the world with eternal life abiding in them; instead of the sentence of death that all of us came into the world carrying. The reason God bypassed man in the birth of Jesus from that virgin womb, is because no man or woman, by the natural reproductive organs, can bring a baby into the world with eternal life abiding in it; and mankind needed redemption that could only be obtained by such a sacrifice as Jesus made; when He offered up Himself as a sacrifice for the sins of all mankind. Until that time, God required an animal sacrifice to be offered for the sins of the people. However that animal sacrifice only pushed their sins on ahead, to Calvary; it did not blot them out forever; like the blood of Christ did. Well how did Abel and those old Patriarchs know that God would require an animal sacrifice instead of a fruit basket, from those who desired to worship Him? The revelation came from what God did to cover Adam and Eve; after they sinned. Let us read it again in (Gen.3:21) "Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them." When we look at this garden, and look at this clothing, God has brought skins to cover their nakedness. This was just before He expelled them from that beautiful paradise realm. When God says something, or does something, that is the way it is to be; He does not want a substitute. He does not want you saying, Well why won't this work, it should be just as good? No. They threw their fig leaves away and left there wearing something like sheep skins. Whether it was sheep skins, or some other kind of skins, they still had to come from animals; and that means there was blood spilled.

Look at verse 22; and notice what God said; then I will give you an example. "And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, (talking to His angels that assisted Him) to know good and evil." May I say this, under the present physical covenant that true man and true woman live under, (which is strictly pleasure from the tree of knowledge) when a young man and young woman go out somewhere and give themselves to someone else, outside the bounds of wedlock, in the eyes of God it is sin; and they both know it. It is absolutely wrong. When they do it, in their mind's they cannot help but think, I have done wrong. That is the knowledge between what is right and what is wrong. Adam and Eve lost that state of innocence; the moment they disobeyed God. Until that, they knew nothing about guilt. The last part of verse 22, is what really gets some people set in concrete on the word eat. "And now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:" Sure Mr. Post, and MacPherson, you are hung up on that word eat. You have magnified it to the degree that all you can see is their mouth. I will agree that the language sounds like that is what it is talking about; but the word eat definitely means to partake of. However outside of the garden, the word eat is never used again, in that sense; even though man is still eating (or partaking) of the tree of knowledge. Yes you could say he brought it with him; because it is in his mind. He certainly did not carry it out of the garden of paradise as a potted plant. You cannot go down the highway of life and find nurseries growing the tree of knowledge. That is not where it is found. Mr. Post: I have news for you. The tree of knowledge is not in the paradise of God any more. That is why we have to recognize the sacred language used there in the garden, in that paradise realm, and settle on the fact that to eat, was to partake of one or the other of those two trees. Once out of the garden, the terminology changed; it was never eat any more. Various other terms were used; but they every one meant the same thing the word eat meant; there in paradise. What were some of the words or phrases that took the place of eat? Here is one. "He knew" his wife, and she conceived. For centuries, that terminology was used; and every time you read it, you know exactly what it implies. Later on it changed to, "He went in unto her;" and we all know exactly what that implies. Nevertheless regardless of the terminology, it all points to the same thing; sex for pleasure under the LAW of the tree of Knowledge. Sex for pleasure is no longer looked upon as wrong, by the Creator; as long as it is between a man and his legal wife; but the fruit of that pleasure act is a little baby; that comes into this world with a sentence of death hanging over it. Those perverted men of Sodom used the same terminology for their perverted acts that was used to describe the proper sex relationship of a man and his wife; when they tried to persuade Lot to send the two angels out to them. Notice in verse 5, of Gen.19, as we read 4-7. "But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them. (Lots answer lets us know what they had on their mind.) And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof." All of those terms speak of the same thing; sex for pleasure; but mankind, in his degenerate condition, has taken the same thing and made X-rated movies to entertain their own kind. It all started right back here in Genesis; when Eve allowed that old serpent to seduce her. It is not how you eat apples or figs, that God looks at; it is how you observe and abide by the covenant God has given to man, when He drove them out of paradise. They have been living under it ever since then: but just look how the devil has drove mankind to debase it. They take the sacred aspects out of it; and make it something the devil can sit back and laugh at God about. Let us finish this part here. "Lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever." What is God talking about? He is actually saying this, You cannot live here in this beautiful realm of my presence, enjoying it, and having peace of mind, yet knowing what this pleasure is, and at the same time, having the knowledge of what this tree is, then at the right time partaking of that, and expect that you are going to give birth to a child and live forever in your state of sin. Let me say this, These are the two basic laws God set before the human race from the beginning of time. There is a right; and there is a wrong. We can read about it in the book of Numbers. As the children of Israel were coming through the wilderness journey, there was a test made. God told them, I am going to take you to a land that flows with milk and honey. Then He let 12 spies go over for 40 days and view the land. When they came back, they said, We cannot take it; there are giants over there; and their cities are walled. There is no way we can do this. They filled that entire crowd with unbelief. Then the whole congregation began squalling, complaining, and murmuring against Moses; saying that he had brought them out into that wilderness to die. God answered all that complaining by pronouncing a death sentence upon the guilty ones. You can read the whole thing in Numbers, chapters 13-15, if you care to. (14:22) "Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it." Then in verse 33, He said,"And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness." Moses told the people what the Lord had said; and they mourned greatly; realizing that they had not only rejected Moses; but had rejected the Lord also. After the last of those spies that returned with the evil report had died, those others that had believed their evil report tried to repent; but they had missed their opportunity to walk with God. Their sentence had already been pronounced upon them. Verses 40-45, of chapter 14, tell of the experience; and shows the results of trying to do without the blessings of God, what they had previously refused to do; when God was there to help them. Let us read those verses. "And they rose up early in the morning, and gat them up into the top of the mountain, saying, Lo, we be here, and will go up unto the place which the Lord hath promised: for we have sinned. And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the commandment of the Lord? but it shall not prosper. Go not up, for the Lord is not among you; that ye be not smitten before your enemies. For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and ye shall fall by the sword: because ye are turned away from the Lord, therefore the Lord will not be with you. But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and Moses, departed not out of the camp. Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and smote them, and discomfited them, even unto Hormah." In other word, Their enemies just simply cleaned up on them; and they suffered a great loss of lives. When they allowed themselves to be filled with unbelief, after seeing all the miracles the Lord had already performed on their behalf, and refused to do things strictly God's way, then God, through Moses, spoke to them and said, Indeed you will not take this land, because you have gone against my divine plan. When they became aware of how they have grieved God, and began to say, Oh we will go up anyhow, Moses just simply said, You are too late. Your opportunity to walk with God has passed you by. If you try to go now, you will be defeated. When God gives mankind the perfect way to do a thing, and the man fails to carry it out that way, then God rebukes him; and tells him there is a penalty he will now suffer because of his failure to abide in the will of his Creator. When it goes that far,there is no way that man can re-justify himself and go carry it out. This is the difference between right and wrong. The sin, is in knowing the will of God and exercising your own will to do something contrary. Adam and Eve knew what God had said about those two trees; (which we know were two laws God had placed before them to test their obedience) and they partook of the forbidden tree anyhow, exercising their own will over the will of God. Even so, If God had not judged their wrong deed, and stripped them of their first endowment of intelligence, (that which they knew to do, while they were still in that state of innocence) they could have still partaken of that same act at exactly the right time; and Eve would have given birth to a little baby that would have had eternal life. In other words, If God had allowed them to remain in His divine presence, under that same anointing, with their knowledge of that same act for pleasure only, they would have been partaking of both trees at the same time. God will not allow us to partake of both good and evil at the same time, with His blessings; He requires us to make a choice between the two. In their case, it was not a question of staying there where those two trees were growing; for those two trees were two laws. That geographical location, was just man's beginning point. Now the whole earth is populated with people who are partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; and they do not have to go to the Middle East to do so. God will not let man abide in His divine presence, knowing right from wrong; and choosing the wrong. I will just give this little illustration: You cannot be a true Christian and go downtown and get drunk too. You cannot be a true Christian and run around with someone else's wife. Regardless of what the world does, and says, You cannot serve God and Satan both at the same time. You cannot be a true Christian and be a lesbian. Regardless of what the world says about lifestyles, and how much they scream that you have no right to condemn these perverted practices, God says it is wrong. People are deceived by this easy gospel they are hearing in mainstream religion today. Being a Christian, IS more than just believing that a man named Jesus, and called "The Christ," died for the sins of all mankind. He died to set us free from the bondage of sin; not to protect us from judgment while we continue on in sin and ungodliness. In order to be a partaker of this great redemption plan of God, one must repent of his former life of ungodliness, obey the gospel in a full new birth experience, turn from his evil ways, and follow the ways of righteousness. Believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, is more than just simply subscribing to a fire insurance policy that can keep you out of hell, while you go on in your unrighteous ways. Notice what the apostle Paul wrote to the Galatians: (5:17-21) "For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." As for this homosexual lifestyle, we have already read the scripture in Genesis 19:4-8, that show what the men of Sodom were given over to; and we know from other scriptures, that God destroyed the whole city because of it. You may think you can be a Christian homosexual, but the word of God lets us know that you will end up in hell. You do not have the Spirit of God in you; and without it, you are not one of His. If you think that is plain talk, listen to the apostle Paul, in 2Thess. 1:7-9; as he gives a little preview of what you have to look forward to. In assuring the true Christians that they had nothing to worry about, he also revealed what will be the end of those who fail to obey the GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ. "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power." Notice also, these two verses in Gal.6:7-8, "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Yes God's word says all that do these ungodly deeds will go to hell. I cannot help what the world church systems do; and neither can I control who they accept as candidates for membership in their religious Clubs. Let them have their homosexual preachers, if that is what they want; but according to this sacred old book, they are going to hell; and those that follow them are going with them. You cannot do wrong and get by. You cannot live in sin and in eternal life both at the same time. You cannot go to hell and heaven at the same time. It is contradictory. You are going to one place or the other.

Let us again read Gen.3:23, and notice what God did as a result of Adam and Eve going contrary to His will. When God put him forth, in the 23rd verse, "Therefore the Lord God sent him (man) forth from the garden of Eden." The garden was the paradise realm. Eden was the geographical part. I will have to say to these two people who criticize, Adam and Eve did not pick up a duffel bag, neither did they load anything on a cart, and start walking. You may think it sounds like they did. They did not. He drove them out of the spirit realm. He separated Himself. That is the first death they died, to be separated from God never to know the beauty, the peace, the joy of living in that beautiful realm of the spirit again. They were driven out. "So He drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword." Mr. Post, I will have to say, If you literalize all that Eden setting, then there has to be a place in the Middle East today that is off limits to the whole human race; because those angels will still be there. Do you know of such a place? Right where Eden was described as being, between the Euphrates and the Nile and the Havilah, and so forth, it is still there. That is the very cradle of the existence of the mankind. All secular histories trace our genealogical beginning right back to the Fertile Crescent; which encompasses that very area. All our histories, all empires, our Bible, all originate right there. Therefore I ask you once again, What were they driven from? Were they driven from the Middle East, to go somewhere else? No. They were driven from that divine spiritual realm of paradise; separated from it. When God separated paradise from the earth, that fulfilled everything God said to Adam, as he was to be driven out of the garden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. Why was Adam to till the ground from whence he was taken? Because he no longer has his help mate the serpent; which was his servant before the devil got control of him. Not a slave, a servant. He was an intellectual creature of the highest order of animal life. If he had wanted to call him Jim, that would have been all right. If he had wanted to call him Junior, that would have been all right too. Pete, John, or whatever he wanted to call him, he could say, It is time for us to go do this. Adam, the son of God, would never have had a callous on his hand. He would never have known what it was like to wipe sweat from his brow. But when he lost his servant and man started on his degenerate course in time. Not too long after the flood, man was taking other men and making them slaves. That just shows, that inside of man, there is something that causes him to want to rule over, and be superior to something; and use it for a work type of servant. Looking at chapter 3 though, we certainly do know it is not the genealogy of man. It tells us what happened; that caused mankind to be separated from God. The language it is written in a pictorial structure; and that pictorial structure is what causes the garden, the paradise side, as well as the geographical side to remain a mystery to the average church going person. They literalize the whole thing to such an extent, they cannot see what really did happen. God drove man from the paradise he had formerly known, called the garden. It was angels with flaming swords that kept the way, so they could never come back into what they were driven out of. What were they driven out of? Not the geographical area. They were free to roam that from end to end. In that same geographical area, is where they were going to plant their first garden to grow tomatoes. Right there is where they were going to work and toil with their own hands until the sweat would run down their face. There is where they were going to live day in and day out; never again to know what it was to feel the presence of God in that same fellowship they had known with Him before. He would come at certain intervals of time; to speak in the manner the following chapters describe; but His fellowship with man was from a distance after Genesis 3:10. Two things were definitely changed when God drove Adam and Eve out from His presence. Since those angels with flaming swords were positioned between God and mankind, there has never been a person spiritual enough to press his or her self back into that same anointing presence of God at their own will, that Adam and Eve knew in the beginning. That is why Jesus said, I the Son can do nothing except the Father show me. Therefore God, the great Eternal Spirit that holds this beautiful paradise realm within His own grasp, when He lifted it, and separated it from mankind, no one has ever been able at his own choosing, to project himself back into that realm. The other thing that is different, no woman from that day to this, has ever known exactly when she could conceive seed to bring forth an offspring. Medical science has been trying for centuries, to figure this thing out; but God will never let them perfect that part of their scientific endeavors. You know yourself, sex education in our schools, has never reached the place where they can tell a young girl when she can have sex for pleasure without taking the chance of becoming a mother to a little baby. I am trying to make this plain and simple without using language that could be considered vulgar; so listen carefully to what I say; and you will know what I mean. In other words, If the modern woman today, had the knowledge Eve had before she left the garden, she would know exactly when to walk up to her husband and say, It is time for us to make love; so we can have an addition to our family. If she were like that, she would not be cursed to have a period every 28 days, as all women are today. She would have only had a period in relationship to that tree of life. The only time she would have known her husband in that way, would not have been for mere pleasure; it would always have been to conceive and bring forth life. There never would have been lust; nor a prostitute or a whoremonger. There never would have been a lesbian; and the word homosexual, would not even be in our vocabulary. Effeminate, would not be a word we would need to use either; nor any of these other modern, debased, degenerate description of lifestyles like we have all over the world today. The Bible says it is all going to wind up in the lake of fire; no matter what modern man may want to believe. That is why I say, The cow was not put here to be tested. The horse was not put here to be tested; because they were not the ones that were going to rule the planet. They were not the ones God told to subdue the earth, and so forth. It was man and woman, that God said this to, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." They had the responsibility of watching over all other life; both animal life and plant life; to make sure the earth was refilled with both and beautified. After failing their test and being judged by the Creator, their job became very difficult; because the earth began to bring forth thorns and thistles, and they also multiplied. The terrain became terribly burdensome to Adam and Eve; as they set forth to earn their living substance by their own labors; without the help of the serpent. That one tree and all it stands for, has brought every heartache, every tombstone, every cancer, every case of tuberculosis, and all these evil things you see going on in the world today. As I stated earlier, Genesis 4, is where the record of the genealogy begins. Chapter 4, is not telling you what happened in the garden. Chapter 4, is telling you what happened outside the garden of paradise; and begins to give the genealogy of Adam's line of offspring. There were no babies born in the garden; only a conception. A wrong act was introduced in the garden; but out of the garden, is where the genealogy of man's descent began to be recorded.

The next two chapters we are going to look at, are what the whole book of Genesis is written from. "And Adam knew Eve his wife; (Notice only one time is the word knew, used in this reference. Why then, were there two sons born, and only one of them was a son of Adam?) and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, (Notice what was said. Everyone jumps on this language used by Eve; to repudiate what we are teaching.) I have gotten a man from the Lord." I want you to listen to that, I have gotten a man from the Lord. I will say this, The breath of life in Cain had to come from the Creator; there is no other source of life. However he was the first child born out of wedlock. In plain terminology, he was a bastard. Do not get mad at me. There is no reason to climb a wall and pull your hair out. Cain was a man; and that is all he was. He was certainly not a son of Adam. He is not found in the genealogy of Adam; and there is no reason to think he should have been. Adam's genealogy goes from Abel right to Seth. Cain's genealogy is recorded; but you cannot find it traced back to Adam; like the sons of God line is; over in the gospel of Luke. (3:38) "Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God." When Cain grew up, he did not even think like his half brother Abel did. Denominational church systems scoff at what we teach about Cain and Abel; but I want you to know, In this 20th century, in the last 30 years, I have read no less than three different records of women of ill fame, having given themselves to two different men at close intervals of time, and it so happened that they were men of distinctly different races. The women dually conceived by this means; and gave birth to babies that were not twins. The medical world has a word for these rare cases; it is called SUPERFETATION. The last one I read about, took place when the democratic convention was taking place down in Florida some years ago. A woman prostitute camped about this democratic convention and she gave herself to one Anglo Saxon man, one Chinese man, and one black man, all on the same night. She conceived seed by all three; but in this particular case she only saved the one she conceived by the Chinese man. However both of the other two women gave birth to both babies. Now tell me why a thing like that can take place in the twentieth century, with documentation, and some of you think it is completely ridiculous for anyone to say that same thing is what happened to Eve 6,000 years ago? We also have a little article copied from another paper; that tells of another woman giving birth to two babies two minutes apart, that were conceived one month apart. You may read it from the original source; inserted below.

Alright then, the serpent yielded himself, a tool of Satan, and as a result Eve brought forth one son, which they named Cain, and said, "I have gotten a man from the Lord." Sure. She could say that. What other Creator is there? It took God to put breath of life in that little baby, even if he was the son of the serpent. do no forget; God created the serpent also, so where else could she have gotten that little son except from the Lord? But do not forget also, Eve was the one that made that statement. No one else did, so let us read the whole thing together, there in chapter 4, and pay close attention to the wording. Moses is writing this account of what happened, and says, "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, (notice the comma) and bare Cain, and said I have gotten a man from the Lord. (Notice now) And she again bare his brother Abel." But it does not say, Adam knew Eve his wife again, and she bare Abel. Do you see anything there, in that terminology? It had to be, that she bare what would seem to have been twins, but they did not both have the same father. Bro.Jackson: Are you sure that is possible? Yes I am. We have published articles that confirm the fact that such births have taken place from time to time; it is called "SUPERFETATION."

Cleveland, Ohio - (UPI) - Doctors here said Tuesday that two babies, born two minutes apart to Mrs. Leonard Shaffer last Saturday, are not twins.

Dr. Paul R. Zeit of the Cleveland Clinic called the case "one of the rarest occurrences in human births."

Michelle Lynn, who beat her brother Michael Lee into the world by two minutes, is actually "younger" than Michael if age before birth is considered.

Michelle was an eight-month baby, while her brother was a full-term nine-month infant.

Doctors said the babies were not conceived at the same time. X-rays taken Tuesday of the infants confirmed that they were not twins, and a pediatrician explained that the babies did not come from the same egg. Normally, after a woman conceives, she stops ovulating.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Shaffer's families have a history of twins.

Dr. Zeit said such births were far more rare than quadruplets.

Michael is a husky 6 pound, 11 ounces, while Michelle, who is in an incubator, weighs 4 pounds, 3 ounces.

In Webster's Dictionary, here is what it says about superfetation, "Successive fertilization of two or more ova of different ovulations resulting in the presence of embryos of unlike ages in the uterus." Alright then, when you establish the fact that such a thing is possible, the next thing your critics come up with, is that the serpent was an animal, and therefore could not have mated in that way, with this daughter of God. But these same people will read over in chapter 6, where the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose, and they will say that the sons of God were angels, and the daughters of men were offspring from Adam's line. Now that really crosses the scriptures up, for Jesus referred to angels in a sexless sense. Over in the gospel of St. Luke, chapter 20, verses 27-36, you find where the Sadducees, that did not believe in a resurrection of the dead, sprang a hypothetical situation upon the Lord, trying to trap Him, and it was His answer to them, that we are interested in, so let us begin reading in verse 34. "And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage; But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage; Neither can they die any more; FOR THEY ARE EQUAL UNTO (or in that way like) THE ANGELS." Therefore I say to you, It is more logical to believe God allowed that serpent to impregnate Eve, than to believe angels took upon themselves human bodies, came down to earth, and married daughters of Adam's deed. I hope you are following me. If you think you know so much about genetic laws, that you can dogmatically rule out serpent seed, then please do not try to tell me that angels had sex relations with humans. Yet we know from the scriptures, that it had to be one of the two, and I believe we have other scriptures to prove that Cain was a son of the serpent. Furthermore John called him, or referred to him, as, of that wicked one, because he slew his brother. If Cain was Adam's son, where did he get those murderous attributes? God did not impute murder into Adam's genes. No. Cain was the son of something that had literally yielded to the devil, and had those yielding attributes in him also, and we know already, that the devil (Lucifer) is a murderer. We just have to realize, sin had to be the product of a disobedient act, somewhere, and I am saying, because Satan (Lucifer) learned something back there in that prehistoric age, he knows exactly what God means, when he puts the earth in this new dimension, and instructs His son and daughter. He knew perfectly well, how to disrupt the whole picture. He knew if he could just get in control of certain genetic laws, he would have the whole thing in his hand, and that is exactly what he did.

Sin, as it occurred in the human race, was not something from an apple tree, or fig tree, or pear tree. It had to be something that pertained to how man would reproduce himself to repopulate the earth. It is very strange, how people will believe one thing that is reported; and then deny that such a thing could have ever happened before. Verse 2, "And she again bare his brother Abel. (Sure he was his brother, his half brother. Abel was Adam's true son; but notice, Abel never lived long enough to establish a genetic descent of his own; because his half brother killed him.) And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, (angry) and his countenance fell." In other words, he was disgusted, jealous, and was walking around with his lower lip dragging the ground; (so to speak) and all of this was eating at his insides. The more he thought about it, the harder it was to tolerate; for he believed his offering was just as good as Abel's. (That same spirit is still on religion today. They think their beautiful buildings and all the other apparatuses they use doing what they call, the work of God, is all they need; but God is honoring those who have a revelation of His word today; just like He did 6,000 years ago, when Cain offered Him fruit from the works of his hands and He rejected it.) God watched Cain, as he walked around like that; and said to him, "Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him." Let us look at these two young men. Modern man, with his 20th century thinking, his whole concept is, Oh but that could not have possibly been what happened back there. Adam and Eve being so holy, and so pure and innocent, would not have allowed themselves to do such a terrible thing. Well if that is the way you look at it, if Cain was a genetic offspring of both of them, why did he never receive a revelation of how to worship God. How come Abel, which was the younger of the two, was born with something in him that told him God wants worship; and that there is a right way for that worship to be accomplished; and Cain was not? God only accepted worship from man, through a blood sacrifice. This lets me know the quality of Abel went right back to that of his father Adam. Though they were out of the garden, and were walking by faith, they knew man is a transgressor; and therefore had the imputed penalty of sin added; and that he would eventually die; yet all these other fallen attributes that eventually turned up, murder, lust, and all the rest, were not even in the picture at that time. It is just that man did not have eternal life; and being separated from God in that way, he knew he must bring God a sacrifice. Abel, who was the direct descendant of Adam, had the characteristic quality to know how to approach and worship God. On the other hand, Cain, (we have to realize) being genetically the offspring of the serpent creature, had no such characteristics about him; because animals do not worship God like men do. His whole attitude, behavior, and outlook, were like that of his father. His father (being of the animal kingdom) was strictly earthly minded. His father did not have to be taught one thing about growing watermelons, planting potatoes, or growing anything else. He was created to do those things; because the Creator designed him intellectually, to know all those things related to his earthly duty as a servant to man. Therefore that knowledge was passed right into his son. That is why his son was a tiller of the ground. He was just walking in his daddy's footsteps. You have heard the expression, a chip off the old block. That is exactly what Cain was. He could do no more than what his father passed on to him the capability of doing. I used this as a comparison one time; and I know they will say it is an impossibility for a mule to reproduce himself. That is true; but do not forget, when the horse is bred to a donkey, she can conceive seed and bear a mule. Now I will ask you this, What kind of ears does a mule have? He has long ears like his daddy. You know that is the truth. A mule is not an original creature. His mother is a horse; and has small ears. His mother nickers; but his dad, a donkey or ass, whatever you want to call him, brays. A mule will try to nicker; but before he gets finished he goes into that bray, just like his daddy. He sees like his daddy, he brays like his daddy, and he walks like his daddy. You can watch a mule, and you will see his ears flop just like his daddy. When they really get to walking, those ears keep time with their steps. I'm not making fun of mules; they are work animals. They are good work animals. I just use this to illustrate the point we are dealing with. Cain, genetically, was the offspring of the serpent; and it is easy to see why the devil wanted that kind of creature among mankind. Even though he was a man, Satan knew he could count on him to be just like his daddy. He would be smart; but he would never receive a spiritual revelation of how to walk with God. Some people, not having it quite straight about all of this have said, Eve had sex with the Devil. No, she had sex with the SERPENT; and Cain being the son of the serpent, produced a line of sons and daughters that were just like him. They were void of understanding, when it came to the spiritual realm. Satan motivated the serpent to seduce Eve; knowing full well that he could use that line of mankind to try to thwart the plan of God. This was the route he used; to defile that beautiful daughter of God and produce a line of humanity in whom he could dwell. They could be religious; but never truly spiritual. That is why Jesus looked at that bunch of Jewish religious leaders and said, (John 8:44) "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." For what reason could He call them children of the devil, when we know the devil is a spirit, and did not genetically father any of them? For the same reason that we who believe the word of God and walk with Him in truth, can be called sons of God. The spirit in you, is what makes that difference. The devil goes to church regularly, in his children; but that does not make them sons of God, just because they go to a church house and run through a preplanned program of some kind. If that is all there is to worshipping God, then God was very unfair in His rejection of Cain's fruit basket; for I am sure it was the very best of everything, that he chose for that offering. He no doubt could grow watermelons, pumpkins and tomatoes like you have never seen the equal of. Brother, if he were in town today, and set up his vegetable stand, he would probably run the other fruit markets out of business. He knew all about growing vegetation. That was his makeup. He thought to himself, God has just got to accept mine. He did not realize God would not accept a sacrifice of plant life; simply because plant life had nothing at all to do with sin and alienation from the Creator. Abel, having a revelation of why man needed to offer an offering to God, also had a revelation of what to offer. Why would he know, and Cain not know, when they were both raised by Adam and Eve, a son and daughter of God that surely taught those boys concerning this very thing? The answer is very simply understood by asking this, Out of a large congregation of church going people, why do a few flee from that system of religion to follow God in truth, and others go right ahead offering fruit baskets year after year? It all hangs upon their capacity to receive a spiritual revelation. Cain did not have it; but Abel did. The fact that a person hears truth preached, does not mean that such a person will ever understand it. This side of the great flood, there are no pure seed of the serpent genetically speaking; but those serpent seed attributes were carried over the flood in the family that rode that old ark to safety; simply because of what we read in the 6th chapter of Genesis. (6:1-2) "And it came to pass, when men (children of Cain's line) began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, (Cain's line) That the sons of God (Adam's line) saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose." We will get back to this later; but we need to get this in right here, to show how these attributes got all mixed up, so that out of one family of sons and daughters, some will become genuine Christian's, and others will be just like Cain, or maybe not even give God a thought at all. Saints: This is just my way of trying to tell you, why so many people fail to see what really happened in the garden of Eden. There are a lot of people trying to understand this from Hebrew and Greek language. You will never do it. You have got to see the language structure; and you have got to see what is concealed in that; in order to catch the revelation. When we get into chapter six, I believe we can show you why it is scripturally foolish for anyone to deny the fact that the serpent could have genetically done what we are endeavoring to prove he did. The very fact that it says the sons of God took unto themselves the daughters of men, ought to prove something to anyone who has proper respect for the Bible. Surely you must ask yourself, Why are there two distinctions made, sons of God, daughters of men? The answer is very simple; there were two distinct lines of humanity from the genetic standpoint; in the days chapter 6, tells of.

As we have already said, The fact that Cain did not know what to bring for an offering to God, lets us know he was void of something a son of Adam would have had. To you who say Cain had to be a son of Adam, I will just say this, You are getting yourself into a bad predicament. We are going to read some of the genealogy of this man Cain; and then I will ask you this, If he was a son of Adam, he was a son of God also; so where did the attribute to commit murder and all such like, come from? The record does not indicate in any way, that any of Cain's descendants ever served God. Nor does it indicate that any of them ever did anything good, that God was pleased to speak of. I will ask you to open your Bible's to Gen.4:16; and we will read those verses that give Cain's genealogy; before I make any other comments. (Gen.4: 16-22) "And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. (That terminology simply means that Cain wanted to get away from his past; and away from the people God would still be dealing with. Outside of the Garden, none of them were enjoying God's anointing presence, like Adam and Eve had in days past. I can almost hear him say, I'm going to get away from here right now. This is no place for me. That is like a lot of people, when something happens and you try to correct them; Well bless God, I am going to leave this church. It is an age old spirit. It has been that way ever since the day Cain made that decision.) And Cain knew his wife; (which had to be a daughter of Adam and Eve, and his half sister) and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch. (Notice the names of some of these offspring, as Cain's line begins to multiply. They carried the same names as some of Adam's line; after Seth was born.) And unto Enoch was born Irad: and Irad begat Mehujael: and Mehujael begat Methusael: (Here is another name that is similar, Methusael, but not Methuselah. A similarity, but not exact.) and Methusael begat Lamech. (This is exactly the same name that was given in the line of Seth. Lamech was Noah's father.) And Lamech took unto him two wives: the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah. (Notice what is going on in the Cainite line, polygamy. This is the first time polygamy appeared on the scene; but I want you to pay attention to what took place amidst that polygamy situation, as we get to the offspring by this polygamy union. Sometimes we read these verses of scripture but we never see what is contained in the verse. We read the words, but we do not see the picture.) And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle. And his brother's name was Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ. (Jabal and Jubal were brothers born of the same woman. Why do you assume that, Bro. Jackson? When we do come to Zillah, she bare Tubalcain and his sister's name was Naamah. Think of it. You cannot make Jabal by one and Jubal by the other; then turn right around and have Tubalcain by the one and his sister Naamah by the other.) And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructor of every artificer in brass and iron: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah." It is very strange; of all the genealogy of the whole account of Cain's line, and of Seth's line, that is the only female offspring whose name is mentioned in the account. Is this coincidental? I have my doubts; because we have to realize, that at the same time Cain's line, over in the land of Nod, was multiplying, Seth's line was also multiplying? In other words, the writer could not bring in both genealogies at the same time; so they are separated to bring the genealogy from Cain down to one point in time; before going back to pick up the genealogy of Seth. You will notice also, that Lamech was the 6th in line from Cain. That is the number of man. He had brought polygamy into the Cainite structure. Later you read where Lamech came home one evening very disturbed. He was probably crying. He said to his wives which were named Adah and Zillah, "Hear my voice; ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto my speech: for I have slain a man to my wounding, and a young man to my hurt." That meant the man had injured him; and he had killed him in self defense. What was going on, over in the land of Nod? Were those attributes of Cain's line inherited from Adam? I would never believe that. We do not read of that kind of thing going on, in Seth's line; until we reach a certain point in time; and of course that time, is after chapter 6, where the two lines started to intermarry. Surely if Cain was an offspring of Adam, (This is just for the critics sake.) and he had just somehow failed to believe the right way, surely that would not limit him from fathering children or grandchildren, or great grandchildren somewhere along the line, in which at least some of them would have been found some of the attributes of Adam the son of God. However the whole account is void of any such evidence. That tells us that the first chapters of the book of Genesis is so compiled, to contain a mystery; and only in the last days, would the mystery be revealed to those who would open their mind to receive it. We are now witnessing conditions in this modern society, that are the very fruit and extreme effect of what started way back there. These descendants of Cain were men. They were not sons of God. They had certain qualities, in the physical sense, because Eve had been the mother of Cain; but Adam was not even in it. Therefore the recorded genealogy ends there; but we have to realize, it did continue on. We are given just enough history of the genetic flow of the offspring of Cain that we can catch the trend of things in that line. They were men, yes; but they were inventors and all such like, very talented from the standpoint of the natural. You read further on down, what follows Lamech. Tubalcain was a professional tradesman in the making of brass and such things like that. What does that tell us? He had earthly knowledge. He had earthly capabilities. Somehow or other it had been bred into his makeup to know to take this ore, and extract from it, and make something from that. All of this tells us, whether our modern Christian philosophers want to agree or not, that after playing around with these scriptures for 6,000 years, it is time to come up with an answer to the question, Why did none of Cain's line ever produce anything that glorified God? There has to be an answer. Yet you can study Hebrew and Greek all you want to; and you will never find it. Once you ask yourself, What is the devil's aim in doing this? You are in a position for God to reveal it to you.

It was not enough, just to get Eve to do what she did, that caused the two of them to be driven from such a beautiful paradise; he had his mind set on destroying the whole plan of God. You might say, What was it like to be driven from that beautiful place of paradise? The best I can illustrate it is, it is like being in a beautiful dream, seeing heaven and all its bliss, and every soul without a care, and have something suddenly awaken you. I am not talking about fantasy. Heaven is a reality. I will never forget an experience my wife's aunt related to me shortly after we got married. She had a very serious illness; and was at the point of death, in the hospital. They called all the family in because they did not expect her to live. She was almost to the point where the doctors said she could pass at any moment. She was in a coma. I have forgotten how many hours she stayed like that. All of a sudden she rallied to consciousness; and in just a few days she had regained her strength; and her mental faculties were alert. She came out of the hospital with a testimony that still blesses me when I think about it. She said to me, Junior, I saw my mother. (Her mother died when she was a small girl; and since she was the oldest in the family, she had to help raise the other little children.) She said, I saw heaven; and oh how beautiful it was. I wouldn't want to miss it. Everyone is so happy; and everything is so beautiful. Her mother looked at her and said, Come on home; but she said she was able to look back and see her husband; so she answered, No, I must go back and be with him a little while longer. She said, When I told my mother that, this is when I came to consciousness. Yes saints: That spirit world is out there. It is not forty million light years away either. It is just beyond man's reach. It is just beyond the realm of our rain clouds. When she awakened, do you think she could have entered back into that realm at any time, by her own choice? No. That is what Adam and Eve experienced when they were driven from paradise that day. They would never be able to see it again, at their own will. Down through the centuries of time, those who have walked with God, ever now and then God would lift the spirit of such a person; and let him or her have a little preview of what it is like in that realm. Mortal man cannot live in it; but his eternal life comes from that realm; and one day we will live in it; but we will no longer be mortal. Well Cain's line was over there in the land of Nod; (The land of wandering) and all they had on their mind was doing something in their earthly role, and they were doing it. They were multiplying and filling the earth with their kind; just like Adam's line was; but everything they were doing was strictly earthly, without any God consciousness, or divine guidance. There was no purpose or motive on their part; to try to do anything to please God. They were multiplying; and they were men; but they were not sons of God. Did God have any sons other than Adam? Oh yes. Adam's line had been multiplying also; but it was all off of the tree of knowledge; (Sex for pleasure) so let us pick back up the genealogy of that line; and have a look at the other side. Verse 25, of chapter 4, is where we will pick up the record of Adam's descendants. This is not speaking of what Adam's line did after Cain's line reached a certain point; years and years after their separation; it is simply going back to fill in the details of Adam's descendants; which were being born right on through the same time factor Cain's genealogy covered. Adam and Eve were out of the garden. Cain was gone, Abel was dead; but God's plan was not completely defeated. No, verse 25 says, "And Adam knew his wife again; (this time out of the garden) and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, (not Adam) hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew." Without meaning to be critical, I must say, That ought to tell anyone with common sense, that Cain was not recognized in Adam's genealogy. Why did she not recognize Cain as such? Simply because she knew the whole story. She knew where Cain came from; and who his father was; and she knew he was not to be recognized in the sons of God line of mankind. He was over there in Nod doing what the devil wanted him to do, breeding up a line of daughters to seduce the sons of God, at a later date. If he had really been her seed, why would she name this next one what she did? His very name means, one appointed to take someone else's place. "And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the Lord." Not men from the land of Nod; but men who were the sons of God. While that bunch in Nod were doing what they were doing, and my opinion, (I am merely dramatizing it, because we are not given all the details of what took place) if Lamech had to kill a man in self defense, there was a lot of carnal activity taking place in that society. No doubt there were arguments, disagreements of every sort, displeasing pleasures and such like. They did not have time; nor the urge to call on the name of the Lord; because they did not know how. If Cain did not know how to bring the right sacrifice, do you think his children and grandchildren knew any more about it? I hardly think so. What was the devil's aim in bringing such a creature into the picture? We know he (the devil) was already a judged, fallen angel. Yet for some reason God was giving the devil an opportunity to strike back at HIS own plan again. He had already done it once in the prehistoric world; and here he is again, with God allowing him to be used to test His creatures created in HIS own image and likeness. Since he has been permitted to do what he did, by bringing into the picture a creature like Cain, then we surely ought to realize, that over there in the land of Nod, Satan was paying much attention to bringing about the manifestation of characteristics and attributes that were strictly of a fleshly, carnal, earthly nature; which in no way could please God. Not that certain things were not to be done; but when preeminence is given to earthly activity, without a purpose for God, the ultimate end is destruction. That is why there will be millions in this day, perish in the wrath of God. Not because they were plowing too much ground; but simply because they are of the nature that they live for nothing else other than something to pacify their flesh. As the Seth line began to call upon the name of the Lord, that brings us to the genealogy of that line. "This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made He him; Male and female created He them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth: And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters: And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died." From this point on, watch the genealogical flow of the reproductive line of Seth; which is the direct offspring of Adam. After Seth, it says Adam still begat sons and daughters. Then the next son, which is the first born of that line, after his first born, he begat sons and daughters. Right on down the line it goes. When you study from the point of these firstborn's, keep in mind, all the first born before the flood. The genealogy of Christ comes right back from the New Testament; and as it comes through the Old Testament, it is true, as you are working backwards, many times the first born loses his position, just as Esau lost it; and it went to Jacob. It was the same way in other families. It would go to the second or so forth. Once we bridge the gap going beyond the flood, it is not the second nor the third. The genealogy goes right back to the first born; but when we get to Seth, we know he was Adam's second born. His first born, Abel, was dead; and was never allowed to pregenerate himself. All of these first born, as they come forth, it tells their life span. From Seth on down the line, it gives the genealogy in that way. Seth begat Enos and so forth. It tells how old each one of the first born was when he chose to take a wife. Where did Seth get his wife? He had to take a sister to wife; there were no other women he could have taken. That is certainly not hard for us to realize. When Noah was in the ark, he had three sons and their wives. There were no babies born in the flood or in the ark. However, after the flood, those three sons and their wives began to bring forth offspring; and today the whole earth is populated from those three couples. That is why you pick up their genealogies in the later chapters after the flood. Where do you think those sons got their wives? They took a sister to wife. I have also been asked, What happened to the serpent's wife? Was there not a female counterpart? Absolutely. When God cursed the serpent, where would you think she went? She went with him. Why do you say that, Bro. Jackson? Look at the children of Israel. When they were coming out of the wilderness and took Jericho, what happened when the man took the golden wedge? His wife did not steal it; but what did God do? He destroyed that man and his whole family. What about the men that contested Moses while in the wilderness? The earth opened up and swallowed the whole families. Some will say, What is God after? He must be mean! That is the way carnal minded people look at it. God did not want the spirit of that creature to be multiplied by his offspring, in their original state; therefore He had a remedy to eliminate the possibility of such a thing. Even though He let those things happen once, there was no reason to let the same things happen again. One such event is all we need, to get the mind of God on these things.

We will now come back to the Sethite line for a look at something. We notice the first ones, up to the time of Enoch, which is the seventh from Adam; while on the other side, Lamech was sixth from Cain. Six is the number of man, over in the land of Nod; while Enoch from the sons of God line was the seventh from Adam; and that is the number of God in completion. But Bro. Jackson: I thought God's number was three. They both represent something of God. One is perfection; and the other speaks of completion. What we need to see here, is that this sets a perfect type. When that same moral condition is prevailing here in the end time, at the end of seven Church Ages, like it was in Enoch's day, there will be a translation of saints. We speak of it as "The rapture." Just as Enoch was translated, in that seventh generation from Adam, there will be a translation of the Church when that same spirit is going on in the seventh Church Age; calculated from the beginning of the advent of Jesus Christ. God sets types by these things. The religious world is completely ignorant of these things; but every event set a type of something; that the people of God will understand here at the end of the age. Over in the Epistle of Jude in the New Testament, Jude spoke of Enoch the seventh from Adam; how that he prophesied in his day concerning ungodly sinners. (Jude 14) "And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, (To do what? To execute judgment. Judgment upon what? The same social moral picture that was going on, because that is what caused Enoch to look up and realize, There is something going on, and there has got to be an answer to it. Well that prophecy that Enoch spoke then is hanging right over your and my head. We are not a hundred years away from it. We have but just a few short years, and it is all going to be over. That is the way we must look at this thing.) To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him." Enoch was only 65 years old; when he fathered his first born, Methuselah. Not Methusael, (he was of the Cain line) but Methuselah. Enoch even gave his first born son a name that spoke a prophecy; for the name Methuselah, meant, When he is gone, then it will come. What? The judgment of God upon all of that ungodliness. The scripture says Enoch walked with God. How in the world did he walk with God. When you walk with God, you put aside all traditional ideas of religion. You stop surmising what you think you should do; like, Well I think God will honor this, if I am sincere about it. Walking with God is not picking up a bunch of manmade ideas and being faithful to them. Walking with God is waiting on God. It is being able to be still, and first know that He is God; and then do and live according to what HIS WILL for your life is; which is to walk with Him in the light of the truth that is available to you in your hour of time. Enoch walked with God; therefore as he saw the general society about him getting worse every day, he knew it was caving in. Therefore at the birth of his first child he was made to realize, When he is gone, it will come. God never told Enoch he would be around to see Methuselah die; but that his name meant, When he is gone, then it will come. That caused Enoch to really walk close to God; because he no doubt believed in his heart, that one day he would see his son go by some means or other; and that would mean the end of it all had arrived. We do not have all of that written in the Bible; but we do know this, Enoch walked with God; and fellowshipping with God like he no doubt did, one day God just simply said to him, Enoch, it is time for you to come on home. The Bible says, that Enoch had a testimony that he pleased God. How would he know that, unless God himself had told him? One day Enoch was there; and a little later he was gone. They looked high and low for him; but they could not find him. Why? Because he walked with God; and God was so pleased about it, He just took him on out of all that mess. Yes, God took Enoch on to be with Him; but Methuselah, his son with that special name lived on; and moral conditions got worse and worse. Methuselah lived 969 years; so we know things got much, much worse. A lot can happen in 969 years; and his father was already grieved about moral conditions in the world, before he was born. That is why he was given that name. Therefore as we read of these first born's, coming right on down to Lamech who was the father of Noah, we can get on to something; if we will pay attention, and think. Lamech, like those before him, begat sons and daughters. Just hold that in your mind for a minute; while we go back to Enoch. Let us notice, Something happened after Enoch took a wife at age 65. That was very young in comparison to Seth, Enos, and some of those before him. At 65 years of age, Enoch took his wife; or really begat Methuselah. From there on, it is obvious that something was going on in the social structure; for even Enoch fathered other sons and daughters before he was finally translated. Yet as we study this thing out, his first born did not father any children until age 187. What does this tell us? To me, it says he looked for a pure seed wife all those years; and never did find one. Then when his son Lamech was finally born, look at the age of Lamech, when he fathered his first born son Noah. He too was an old man of 182 years of age before he finally fathered his first born. Then, when Lamech fathered Noah, (I want the critics, and everyone to take note of this.) Noah was the first of all the first born's, that did not have any daughters. He fathered three sons; but no daughters. Would someone please tell me why? What had happened? You have to read between the lines. Something in the genetic structure of the propagation of the races of mankind had taken place back up the line somewhere; and that is why we have to read Genesis 6; because it tells us what happened. Satan took another stab at the plan of God. That is why he waited until he got a certain type of characters over in the land of Nod; before making his move. Satan used the serpent in the garden of paradise; but in Genesis 6, we see that he had some creatures over in the land of Nod, prepared and just waiting to make a mess of the genetic structure of the Sethites. This picture recorded in Genesis 6, did not take place after Noah was already born. No. Genesis 6, is giving you the history of what began to develop after mankind began to produce himself upon the face of the earth. Also, just as the name Methuselah had a meaning, the name Noah, had a meaning also. You find it in verse 29, of chapter 5. "And he (Lamech) called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed." After the sons of God (Gen.6:2) began to take wives from that serpent seed line over there in Nod, there were no more pure sons of God seed born into the world. Not from those marriages. Remember what I said earlier, What is recorded in chapter 6, is something that took place way back up in the genealogy record we have just read. It just simply could not all be written into the record in chronological order of happenings; so the writer had to go back to what had happened to get the moral picture like it was; the something that caused Enoch to give his son that prophetic name. Those mixed marriages began to fill the earth with children that had attributes from both seed lines; and which way they went, as far as serving God, depended upon which attributes stood out, in each individual person. Lamech had other children born after Noah; but you read nothing about any of them serving God. Since the events of Genesis 6 led to a mixing of the two lines, serpent seed are now determined by the dominant attributes in the genes; because there are no longer any pure seed in the blood line of either line of humanity. That is why you have to realize that the flood could not do away with the serpent seed completely; because right there in that old ark, in the genes of the three couples that repopulated the earth, lay the possibility of every rotten, filthy practice that had put the stench in the nostrils of God (so to speak) and caused Him to destroy everyone except Noah's family. When you know what had been going on between those two lines of mankind for centuries, you can understand why God just wiped out the whole population, except for the family of Noah; and started the whole process of repopulating the earth all over again.

CHAPTER SIX
EXPLAINED

We will leave the genealogy now; as we read in chapter 6, what led up to Noah and the flood; because God had looked upon the wickedness throughout the whole population of the earth, and it repented Him that He had even made man; and Genesis 6, is what gives us a background history of what had been going on; that caused God to become so displeased with the whole picture. Therefore chapter 6, is not a continuation of the genealogy; it is going back within the flow of the genealogy descent and picking up conditions that began to mingle in; and ultimately led to the end. (6:1) "And it came to pass, when men (Notice it says men. It does not matter how the critics want to read that word men, we have got to realize, God caused Moses to make a difference in how the descriptions of the two lines were addressed, in this chapter.) began to multiply on the face of the earth, (That would be Cain's line.) and daughters were born unto them, (Unto who? Those men. Where? Over in the land of Nod.) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose." One brother mentioned something to me that I do not want to miss bringing into the message. That is, Did not God have daughters also, through the Seth line? Would you call them daughters of men? No. You would have to say they are daughters of God. You do not just call the male child a son of God, without calling the female child a daughter of God. I hope you can see that. It was not a case where Cain's line was having a bunch of females; and Seth's line was all a bunch of males; because the record plainly tells us that the Seth line, (after the first born) all begat sons and daughters; except Noah. However the question is, How long was the balance ratio maintained, after they reached a certain point? That is why I said years ago, By the time you come to Noah's hour and look at Noah and his wife, and the three sons and their wives, there was not a one of them that was a pure Sethite, genetic seed. The critics can climb a wall if they want to; but my understanding of this, is as clear as a bell. I am looking at it from the genetic standpoint. The fact that Noah did not have a daughter, lets me know something that makes an important difference in this thing. God had already touched the genetic stream in the son of God line; back up there somewhere when someone took something; and this caused God to begin to slow up on how many females He would allow to be born in the sons of God line. Even though they bore sons and daughters, the question would be, How many daughters? Was there an equal balance? I hardly think so. Over in the land of Nod, they were having girl babies by the plurals. That is why it says, "And daughters were born unto them." They were having more baby girls there, than you could hardly keep track of. That is the picture I see; and I do not mean to belittle women. You just have to realize, This was Satan's ace up his sleeve; for he was not about to give up his plan to get back at the Creator. Therefore when verse 1, of chapter 6, tells us that daughters were born unto them, yes they were; and that takes us beyond the hour of Lamech; on Cain's side. He was the one that had married two women. That also brings you on down somewhere within the sixth generation of the flow of the sons of God line; when the sons of God (plural) saw the daughters of men. (Not the sons of God looking on their own sisters. I refuse to believe that was the picture being described here.) that they were fair; (beautiful, by worldly standards) and they took them wives of all which they chose. Common sense will tell you, if God let this be written as a biography, a history of our genetic origin, then right here in the flow of these scriptures, is a picture we would have to be completely ignorant not to see. However, I realize that a hundred years ago, it would have been hard to see that picture; because the overall society then, was not as it is now. Now, we have a multiple society that has chosen the debased way of life. All the homosexuality, all the perversion we read about, is like it is, because there is a spirit that makes them think like that. Look what the educators of our liberal, modern society are advocating. They are doing their best to rid our present twentieth century society of humanity, of even the thought that there is a God that created all things. The fact that such a belief cannot be scientifically proven, causes modern day, liberal educators, scientists, archaeologists, psychologists, and all such like, to try to strip the very thought from the mind's of our youth. They say God is just a myth. That kind of thought did not come from Adam. It had to come from an earthly minded creature, that could never know anything about God. Oh they can invent computers: and I want you to understand that I am not making fun of computers; but I also want you to know that they can never help you get in the rapture. Play with them all you want to; but they will never get you six inches off the ground, when the rapture comes. If you do not know God, what you have in this life, is all you will ever have. My point is, I have my doubts, when you find out who invented computers, that he had anything in mind about whether God would approve of them or not. An earthly minded creature, loves to play with these inventions that operate almost like a human mind. We are living in a day when men are earthly minded, earthly oriented, just outright scientifically minded. They have got to prove everything; or they will have nothing at all to do with it. In a letter this week, I received some Newspaper clippings from a man who had already sent me something the other day. A clipping from a California paper, told of a "religious professor" of an institution out there, who had made a speech comparing the four gospels with some other type of manuscripts. He said it is not even authentic, that in the early periods of the writers, Jesus was ever referred to as being the Christ; which means of course, that His deity is in question. When I see where leaders of our modern, 20th century world of religion are talking like that, I just have to say, That kind of mind did not come from Adam. It came from Cain, just as sure as the world. They are religious, but to what purpose? They are religious, but in what way are they religious? When you bring everything down to your human level; your religion is vain,as far as any spiritual benefit. We are living in the day of the humanistic theory. That is exactly where the devil wanted to bring man to. From being a creature that could live and walk on this earth in fellowship with God, he has brought man down to such a level that he is completely an earthly oriented creature. He is going to make this planet earth a better place for 20th century people to live in; but God is getting ready to blow the whistle; to bring the whole process to an end. It cannot be allowed to go on much longer. In this 6th chapter, we can say this, There had to be a separating distinction of the two lines of species of mankind that were being propagated upon the earth; so what better terminology could anyone expect? Being daughters of that other line, made those female creatures that much more energetic, to look for something that could satisfy; and give them the love, security, and the gentleness they were looking for.
