I HAD NO INTENTION OF DEALING WITH THIS SUBJECT AGAIN, BUT I HAVE READ SOMETHING IN A MAGAZINE I JUST RECEIVED, THAT CAUSED ME TO KNOW I MUST SAY SOMETHING. I JUST PRAY THAT THE LORD WILL GIVE ME THE WORDS TO SPEAK TO YOU, WHAT I SEE COMING DOWN THE ROAD. IT IS A SERIOUS TIME WE ARE LIVING IN; AND IT IS NOT GOING TO GET ANY BETTER BEFORE THE LORD JESUS COMES AGAIN, SO WE NEED TO PRAY EVERY DAY, THAT THE LORD WILL GRANT US THE WISDOM TO LIVE IN THE MIDST OF HUMAN DEGRADATION WITHOUT BECOMING A PART OF ANY OF IT. Just this past Thursday, I received the magazine with this article that is responsible for me dealing with this message we are going into. It is Newsweek. Some of you may have seen it too. It shows a picture of two young men and a young woman. They are bisexual. Inside, there are articles of individuals that have told their stories to this certain journalist. They are all bisexual. The lifestyles they testify of, are becoming more accepted in this perverted world society every day, some of the most perverted you can ever imagine. We are living in an hour, and in a generation of young people that have had the Bible taken away from them in their learning institutions. They have had prayer taken out of their schools, even though today there seems to be an upsurge within a certain element of college and high school students, to have prayer brought back in. They are coming to the president, and coming to the Supreme Court; and are being told, This has never really been done away with. You still have your right to pray, you have your right to discuss certain religious things on campus. But regardless of what they may say, there have been too many articles written in the past twelve years that prove otherwise. Wherever young people of a Christian family background did congregate and want to read the Bible, and have prayer as a group, they were met with hostility, and so humiliated, the environment became such that they were eventually forced out of the picture. Many times, when certain religious items were displayed in college rooms, they were taken down, and taken away, all because of atheistic minded people in politics, and in the intellectual realm, that are very prone to fight religion, to get it completely out of the American society. In one way, we can see, that if they can get it out of the institutions of education, they have won a great start in taking away from the up and coming generation of American youths, what God is all about, what salvation is all about, and what the Bible is all about. Keep in mind, the Bible is the oldest book in the world. We know it is absolutely the word of God, even though modernists will say it is just a myth, and that we cannot scientifically prove any of its contents. They are right about the last part: We cannot scientifically prove any of it. It is so put together, that educated fools will never be able to scientifically prove it. God has it so constructed, that it makes bigger fools out of those who are already fools. Those who brag and try to show the world that they are so wise, are good examples of why God did certain things in such a foolish way. The Bible itself says it is to confound the wise and prudent of this world, and bring to naught the things that man esteems as being something important. We have titled this subject, “THE SERPENT IS TALKING.” It is true you do not see the original serpent walking around. The original serpent in the Garden of Eden was not the devil. I want to put that in, for the benefit of the critics. You doctors of divinity, if you should hear this, you accuse the Branham following of saying that the devil had a sex act with Eve. He never did say that; and neither do any of us. First of all, the Bible does not in any way tell us the devil was in a corporal body. We know he is a spirit. God is a Spirit: We do not think of Him being in a corporal body either. There is one thing we have to realize though, The devil is a very powerful spirit being; and because he is, people underestimate what he is capable of doing. He can take over something that does have a body. He will always try to take over a body that at least has some kind of intellect that can be impressed by him. When we see in the Bible, that there was an original creature referred to as the serpent; and that creature allowed the devil to use him, and cause him to seduce Eve. God called him the serpent; but He did not call the serpent, the devil.
We are going to take our text from the 3rd chapter of Genesis, the very book we get the creation story from. I was recently given an article titled, Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so, a letter from a so-called Christian homosexual. In the front there is no indication as to who the author is, or where the testimony might be from. However I will read to you, what is written over in the back. “Peace, from Father James Lee Walker, August 16, 1993 the feast day of the dormation and assumption of our Lady by transfer.” It is Catholic. I read it yesterday. When I look at these two things together, the Bible, and this book, one comes from a religious source, and this comes from a social, intellectual source of the world. When I read the details and see it all, I see what the devil was after six thousand years ago, when our beginning started in the Garden of Eden, in the land of Eden, which is a geographical area that lays between the Nile and the Euphrates and the Tigress Rivers in the east. Evidently what is now the Mediterranean Sea to the north, and the dry barren desert land of Saudi Arabia, because there is where the Havilah River ran. That was before the flood. After the flood we see the topography begin to change, because there was no Mediterranean Sea before the flood. There definitely was a river valley which is now completely desert, in Saudi Arabia. That is geographically where Eden was. It is called Eden. That was not the garden, that was the place of Eden. That is where God placed the beginning of mankind in his present day genealogical reproduction of himself on the earth. It was the garden in Eden, that God placed His present day creation in, in this geographical area we have just mentioned. We might say it this way, God took a little bit of heaven and placed it right here on earth. God is heaven. In Him, the spirit world exists. He is the spirit world. He fills the spirit world. He fills the universe. Do not ever sit down with a mathematical ruler and try to figure out how big God is. When you have exhausted all of your figures, He is still bigger than that. When you measure the light years from here to space and beyond, He is still bigger than that. There is no end of His being. He fills all the space of the universe.
CHAPTER 19
AS WE ENTERED INTO THE MESSAGE “THE SERPENT IS TALKING,” WE HAD OCCASION TO SPEAK OF HOW BIG GOD IS, AND THAT HE FILLS ALL THE UNIVERSE, SO LET US CONTINUE FROM THERE.
When you think there could not be anything else, ask Him a question, and if He chooses to answer you, remember, the eyes of the Lord are upon His people. What ever you need to know, He certainly has the answer.
HOW IT WAS IN MAN’S BEGINNING
Let us go to the book of Genesis and take a look at what is written about a certain creature that is responsible for what we are seeing in the world today. Doctors of divinity today spend much time going to theological seminaries, getting their education on religion, just to be able to stand before a congregation of sinners and give them the impression they are the type of voice that they should listen to for things of salvation. However it is very evident to those who have a revelation of the word of God, that the leaders of these church systems are just struggling and walking in darkness. They do not have the correct answer as to why we need a Savior. Everything with them is intellectual; and that is not where God is. They are always ready to attack a revelation simply because they do not understand anything about it; and therefore they will always say it is of the devil. When you challenge them to prove it is not a true revelation, they are out on a limb. Then they will say, It is irrelevant anyhow: we do not place importance in that type of thing. Genesis 3, is where we find this creature responsible for attitudes like that. We do not see him around anywhere today, yet I will say this, We can see some of his offspring just about anywhere you travel to, in all races that walk the face of this earth, black, red, yellow, brown, white, or whatever else there is. All of them have some trace of what that creature represented. That was the devil’s plan from the very beginning: If I can just implant something in the blood line of the offspring of this man and woman, and bring about a product which is part animal and part human, then I will have a tool to work with. It is sad to think about the earth being filled with this type of seed, when you know positively that the Creator created Adam and Eve in His own spirit image. They were without sin, and completely innocent before the serpent came into the spotlight. I have always said, You have to read between the lines, in the scriptures, to get a true picture of what took place in the Garden of Eden that placed mankind under the curse of sin. It is all right in there: You just have to be led by the Holy Spirit to get it put together correctly. Try to imagine, as we go back in time some six thousand years, to look at the 3rd chapter of Genesis. Adam and Eve were in a beautiful place. There was no sin, no such thing as heart trouble, tuberculosis, nor sickness of any kind. They had no decayed teeth, nor hair turning gray, arthritis or any of these physical impurities that make the physical body a miserable thing to live in. They lived in the presence of God, and walked in the bliss of the spirit world. Angels were just as present as the animal kingdom God had created on the earth for them to rule over. Heaven and earth were walking together. That, in the end, is where God is taking it back to in Revelation 21 and 22. It is how heaven and earth go back together. It is a picture of the end results of what God has been doing through these number of centuries in redeeming a people, and redeeming the earth and reconciling it back to Himself, so He can once again fellowship with His creation as in the beginning. From that point on, it will be eternity, time without an end. Going back to the beginning of Adam and Eve though, which is our genealogical beginning, we will look at what went wrong. We are going to read the scripture, but first let me say this, The creature called the serpent, was not some prehistoric Neanderthal man that somehow or other escaped the Ice Age, and had been hidden in a cave somewhere. No, none of that creation escaped and got carried over to this one. They are all dead. This serpent is a creature that is part of the animal kingdom God gave Adam to rule over. When you read in the 2nd chapter, where God says, It is not good that man should be alone, I will make him a helpmate. It does not tell you how long God was in the process of making those helpmates. I do not think we have to be so ignorant as to say that God did all of it in twenty four hour period of time. If we were to put it into a time factor, it might have been hundreds and hundreds of years. God was slowly creating these creatures and bringing them before man. Remember one thing, every one of these animals that God brought to Adam, and he named them, was specifically made to be a part of the kingdom of life that was going to be propagated on this planet. Adam was a godlike creature to the others. He was commissioned to rule over and have dominion over them. When we study the makeup of those animals, somewhere they all fit into the overall category of what God created them for. This serpent was not a crawling reptile in the beginning. He was not an ape, nor a baboon or gorilla either. Our present day scientists prove they too are offspring and products of the original serpent. They are what the devil had in mind all along, a man that would deny the existence of a Creator. You will understand more of what I mean by such a statement when we get through with this message. We just have to remember that the devil was first a beautiful archangel that had a very high position in the plan of God before he became a fallen angel. He was cast down to earth because of his behavior, and became the enemy of his Creator. In his mind, was a plan of how he wanted to get back at God. He knows the commission God instilled in the intellect of Adam and Eve while they were still spirit beings living in His presence. He put Adam down here first. Then God began the process of bringing the animals one by one to Adam, to be named. Here is the chimpanzee. I can see the little eight ounce monkey jumping along on the grass. I can see the ape, the baboon, the gorilla, all of them. They are not genetic evolutionary products off of one from another era. They were every one just the way God created them in the physical makeup. The point is, Somewhere at the head of that particular species, there stood another two legged creature. He had a head, shoulders and arms much like Adam. He was the serpent. Keep in mind, the word serpent at that time, did not speak of something that was mean or evil. He was called that because of all these animal creatures, he was the most wise, the most cunning of all the other animals. The word subtle deals with something conniving, something that knows how to use his brain to outsmart something else. That was the creature the devil has his eye on. He therefore began to impress this creature (which at that time was just as innocent as Adam and Eve) to approach Eve with a wrong motive. The devil began to impress him, mold him and plan his thoughts, because he was going to use him. I will say this, hoping it may help you understand that nothing we read of here took place instantly. From the time Adam was placed in this beautiful place until the time God put him to sleep and took from his side a rib, from which He made the woman, you are not dealing with time in a twenty four hour period. You are dealing with time that could go into any number of years. How much time elapsed in what we call “The Creation” is irrelevant to the message we are dealing with. We have no reason to worry and fret and become frustrated over how much time was involved in the whole process. Just be assured that it was not dealing with 24 hour days in Genesis chapters one and two. The thing that is important, When God had completed the animal kingdom, He put Adam to sleep and took from his side a rib, and from that, He formed a wife for him. That was God’s last act of creation. Therefore, somewhere in the not to distant future, all that God had commissioned man to be and do, had to begin to be carried out. That, is where we can say our history begins to be recorded from. We do not relate to that unknown time factor, that went on from the time Adam was created and put in the Garden, or how long God was in the process of creating the animals, nor how long Adam slept before God took from his side a rib to form the woman from. That is unimportant. I say that to say this, Let us stop being Christians that are ignorant of what has been well vindicated. The face of this earth is covered with archaeological proof that there had been life here before Adam’s time. We can also prove it by the Bible. You are not going to prove it to the so called religious world: because most of them do not even believe much of what is recorded in the Bible. As a matter of fact, they are not that much interested in anything except a form of religion they can follow for the sake of their conscience. They could not care less about what the Bible says, just as long as they have a concept of religion they feel comfortable with. It is sort of like a pacifier. They walk around with that thing stuck in their spiritual mouth just like a child that should be weaned from the bottle. They get highly offended if you try to wean them from it. They are ready to crawl all over you, pick a fight with you, challenge you, and act like anything but a true, Bible believing Christian. Anyhow the time had come that every thing that was to be of this creation had been created. Everything was as it was supposed to be.
FROM CREATION AND ONWARD
All of the present animal kingdom was here, ready to fulfill their role in God’s plan for this planet; and we can say this, None of those animals were evil. The lion was not chasing the new born lambs. The wolf was not chasing after little rabbits. Everything was eating something from the earth that did not require killing anything. Somewhere beyond that time, the devil had impressed this serpent creature to do something that would distort the whole picture. Therefore let us try to open our minds and take a look at this character. He may not have combed his hair like Adam did, but there is one thing sure, in body structure, he was much like Adam. He could talk. He was a creature that was made to be able to communicate with his superior. Remember, it was Adam who was told, Have dominion, bring all things under subjection and rule over this whole thing. We might say, At this time, though the Bible does not speak of what the serpent creature was created for, he had to be some type of servant to Adam. He was of the animal kingdom. Yes saints, he had to be of a servant nature. To be of a servant nature, we have to realize God had instilled in him a certain intellect of every earthly thing, because it was to be through him, that the command to Adam would be fulfilled. Adam was to subdue all things, bring them under subjection, and rule over them. Adam could have said to the serpent, whatever particular name he wanted to give to him, Do thus and so; and his intellect was sufficient to understand and carry out the commission. He did not have to be trained to fulfill his created role. He knew exactly what to do. He knew how, because he was created for just such a role. I do not know exactly how; but somehow or other the devil was able to move into the picture. The serpent had no way of knowing he was about to fall into a trap he could never escape from. He did not know he was going to be a tool in the hands of the devil. But by the time the devil got through impressing him with the beauty of this woman he had been seeing walk through the garden with her husband to be, he had formed certain ideas about what he wanted to fulfill. He however did not realize what it would amount to. I want to give special emphasis to verse 1, of chapter 3 though, so notice the wording. “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made; (The word subtil, speaks of cunning craftiness, tactful and so forth) And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” He was checking the woman out, checking her response and attitude. You doctors of divinity who scoff at what we teach, I challenge you to take that word, and run it through your Hebrew or Greek, study it all you want to; and then answer a very important question, Why did God create such a creature? Did he make a mistake. No. God knew exactly what He created. He created him with all the potential and capabilities of fulfilling a certain role on the planet, but under the supervision of Adam. That is the way the plan of God would have been carried out; but Satan was given a chance to test those subjects in the garden. The serpent was the instrument he used. May I say this though, Eve was not walking around ignorant, as if she had never seen this serpent creature before. She was walking in this beautiful environment. All the beautiful trees were there. She could have reached out and picked any kind of fruit she wanted, and could have eaten any of it at any time she chose: without having any problem because of it. There is no doubt she had done just that, for as long as she had been on the planet in physical flesh. It was just a case where the serpent had already been programmed for what took place on that certain day, the very event that caused the woman and the man to be driven from that beautiful environment. The devil, through the serpent, was set to make his attack. “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.” That tells the story. He was the most intellectual one of all the creatures. He was the one Satan chose as his instrument. All he had to do was work on his mind until he got him thinking like he wanted him to. There, was the fishing worm, way down there. The little grub worm also. Every little creature had its role to play in the beautiful plan of God. Your environmentalists know they have a very important role to play in the overall program of God, but an awful lot of people do not know. The reptile was a little higher up: but this serpent fellow was way up on the front end of the animal kingdom. He could talk. That is why “The Serpent is Talking.” The original serpent of six thousand years ago is not talking except through his end time product. What we are seeing today, is the devil’s objective being brought to pass. The world is full of offspring from that serpent that beguiled Eve. They are the ones that hate God. They are the ones that will write articles defying God. Now saints, you need not get angry with me: I had nothing to do with it: I am just telling you what I see out here in the world today. They are the ones that look so innocent when you see them face to face; but behind your back they will cut you down in a minute. They can talk so lovingly and ever so sweet, but they defy the laws of God. You are not looking at a picture of some creature with horns, a forked tongue, and a long tail and a pitch fork in his hand: You are looking at an end time product which the devil has been after for six thousand years and many of them look just like anyone else; but they have no respect for the Creator. The devil’s primary aim is to eventually get the whole human race to a place where God is no longer in their thoughts: actually they think only of that which is contrary to God and His plan. Naturally though, we have to go back to the original serpent that yielded himself to the devil and started this evil line of God-hating humanity. Just listen to him talk to Eve. (Gen. 3:1-5) “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? (This whole thing was designed to place a question in Eve’s mind.) 2 – And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 – But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 – And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: (Notice how he accuses the Creator of being deceptive.) 5 – For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” That last part was the truth: They did pass from their state of innocence as soon as they disobeyed God. “Yea, hath God said?” I can just see him approaching Eve like that on the day he finally went all the way with her. He had to start the subject some way, so he just questioned what the woman had no doubt told him at other times when eh brought up the subject. The Bible does not go into details and give all the vocabulary that was expressed by the two, but it gives you the overall thought and you just have to be wise enough to read between the lines. He could have said, Good morning Miss Eve. How is the day going for you? But his main concern was to get right to the point as quick as possible. He had a mission to accomplish. The devil did not let him know any of the evil plan he had: he just inspired him to desire an intimate relationship with the woman. Eve, are you sure about that? Are you positively sure that God said, “Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden.” Notice how he phrased that question. When I read these words from this Catholic priest, I see almost the same words as those the serpent used with Eve. Yes saints, I see just exactly that. First I can see that dirty old devil using that original serpent, talking Eve, innocent as she was at the time, into something that was absolutely contrary to God’s instructions to them. Here was this intellectual creature that God had given to Adam to do the manual labor, yielding his intelligence to a spirit that he could not see, but he had been programmed by that spirit so that the spirit is speaking through him, using his vocal cords, to deceive the woman. The devil knew what he was going to use him for, and it worked exactly as planned, to that point at least. Now the dirty devil has got some genetic offspring of that original plot, living here at the end time; and oh how slick tongued they are. Just bear with me saints: WE are going to take this guy and show you, these are not creatures that live on the back side of some alley. This guy here is a professor of divinity in a college in California. I want to put it on camera for all to see. A doctor of divinity, a professor in a college in California, so you just assume that he is a smart man. Most all these individuals are students who have gone to college. It speaks of the numbers of people they have known. May I say this, That spirit of Satan is not coming up the road against truth with a bunch of ignorant, half crazy people that the world would call stupid. He is coming up the road with graduates, doctors of this and that. HE is very wise in that way. He does not have the original serpent to use; but he sure has plenty of his modern day offspring that are just waiting to do his dirty work. This modern day religious world has gone completely to sleep on how to defend the word of God. You have no way of seeing the original picture, what went on six thousand years ago that got the human race started on this downward course; but we sure are seeing the end result of it, as so many people indulge in some of the most degraded, perverted, twisted lifestyles that only the devil could design. If this does not show that the original sin was the intimate act, the act that was originally designed to have been only between a man and woman for a specific purpose of God, what would it take for you to see it? What we are seeing, is what the devil was after from the very beginning. HE is not interested in changing the breed of apples: He is interested in changing the spiritual makeup of human beings. If he can succeed in that, he can rid the world of that spiritual concept that believes in a Creator. Therefore I say, If any of you still want to believe you are the offspring of a baboon, go ahead. If there is anyone who believes that, I would just have to say, The baboon is smarter than you are. That reminds me of something I heard: Two monkeys were sitting on a tree limb and a man walked by: One monkey said to the other one, No way, did he spring from me! Do you know why? Monkeys do not do the ornery things some human creatures do. I believe you can see why it is not the monkey, the devil is after: he is after these two legged creatures that think they know everything, but in truth, are very dumb. That is why this modern generation talks and thinks like they do: They are told that they evolved from monkeys, or from a cell that floated like a glob of jelly in a pond in Africa some sixty billion years ago; and they believe it because they do not have anything in them that can believe or perceive right. That is exactly what the devil was after, there in the garden of Eden. I am glad though, that there are some true children of God still around who do know where they came from and where they are going. Hallelujah! I love this word of God, that is written in such a way that those who would pervert it anyhow, cannot even read it right. It is hidden from them because they do not have the Spirit of revelation abiding in them. Let me continue on. The devil asked the first question through the mouth fo the serpent, “And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden.” When she said that, she was reminding him that all those vegetative trees standing around, we may eat of them. You could name them.
EXPLANATION OF THE TWO DIFFERENT TREES IN THE MIDST OF THE GARDEN
Every vegetative tree that is fruit bearing, God had put in the garden to be food, meat for man’s physical existence: God had already told them they could eat of them. But notice something else, and I say this specifically for the benefit of our critics: There were two other trees in the midst of the garden, trees that did not grow up out of the ground like the natural fruit trees did; and God said to the man concerning one of them, (We can read about 3 verses.) Genesis 2:15-17 “And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. (16) And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: (17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Let us go back and read verse 9. “And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.” Those two trees were not of the others: They were in the MIDST of the garden. This goes to show you, here is the earth, a portion of the earth that man was living on, man was living in this geographical area mentioned in another verse. Out of the ground God caused all the fruit trees to grow. There, geographically is where they were walking. Right there in this area of the earth, God caused a little bit of heaven to be placed right over that spot: So right there, the spirit world blended right in with the natural world. What appears to be two trees of plant life, is absolutely two symbolic trees projected in the spirit world which are types and symbols of two laws. They were not trees to replenish physical nutrients like the peach tree and apple tree and those natural fruit trees were. These were two trees that one or the other was going to be understood as the means by how man was to fulfill his reproductive role on earth. All these other trees are for the replacing of nutrients for the physical body; and one of the other two trees pertained to how the man was to reproduce himself, his personal reproductive line according to the perfect will of God. Then there was this other tree (LAW) present there also, the tree of death, we could say. (The reason I say some of these things as I do, is because of the way this Catholic priest throws his view at the readers of his article, using his smart tactics. He tries his best to paint a picture that the Christian church has been outdated so long with the Bible and God, he is painting a picture to true Christianity, you are just like Eve was, stupid and ignorant, and I come to tell you the truth. That is exactly what the serpent did. He tried to straighten out the thinking of that daughter of God. Being under the spell of that spirit of Satan, he has got to talk to this woman. Keep in mind, it was going to be through this woman, that the true knowledge of how the LAW of THE TREE OF LIFE was to work. So let us notice the wording. “And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: (That would be the plant life trees, and of course the tree of life also, at the proper time.) But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, (Just the tree of knowledge) God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, lest ye die.” (God did not use the word LEST, which means perhaps or maybe: He said. If you eat (partake) of this tree ye will surely die. In this case, no question about it.) They were talking about an altogether different tree, a forbidden tree, or law. It was in the midst of the garden. It does not say it grew up out of the ground either. “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die.” I am sure if I had this Catholic priest here today he would talk the same way that old serpent talked. Why? Because he is programmed to think just like that serpent did. (Notice) “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” Now this dirty devil, through the serpent, has literally made a statement in which he is seeking to erase from Eve’s mind, the fear of disobeying God’s command, for in her mentality, she carried a certain amount of fear, which up to that point, had caused her to respect the truth that had been instilled there. This was the devil’s tactic, to erase that from her mind. He presented to her another picture. How would you really like to really be enlightened on a lot of these things? Don’t you think it is time you ought to know a little bit about how God really looks at things? That is exactly what this priest does. He is an educated man whose education has led him into total blindness. I will just say once again, He has had his mind programmed by the same old devil that programmed the mind of the serpent whose seed he is. The devil does not have to go to college: The fact is, most of these institutions have been turned over to him, and he uses them to brainwash young minds that come there. By the time these professors get through with them, those minds are programmed just like Eve’s was. When the devil said to her what is recorded in verse 5, this was enough to convince Eve, maybe he is right. Maybe there is something we need to understand better. When you read this article, this man’s whole idea seems to be to give the reader the idea that homosexuals are not bad people, they are just misunderstood. He refers to the far right Christians, because this is a day that you hear that kind of terminology in religion as well as in politics. Those intellectuals speak fo the far right, the extreme left, liberal and so forth. America used to be seen as a Christian nation, and the people that more r less molded the society to think like that, are now looked upon by the liberals as being extreme right. It was the liberals that begin to pull things from this extreme way back into what is right, but all the liberal minds cry and climb the walls. We cannot do that they will say, we have gained too much victory in the past thirty years to allow any kind of backward trend now. My point is this, the devil put a liberal point for Eve’s mind for her to think about, and the more she thought on it the more the devil used it to erase from her mind the old truth she had instilled in her from creation. “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, (That is symbolic language) and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.” The analysis of the whole thing is, the serpent talking to her in this manner, introduced the first sex relationship between a male creature and a female creature strictly for pleasure. (The original plan was that the sex act be just for the purpose of reproduction, and then it would have been partaking of the tree of life, instead of the tree of knowledge.) Young people, please listen to me, you will never hear a school teacher talk to you like this, simply because they do not have the text books to get it from, even if they were willing to. If Satan can ever get into your mind and create certain thoughts and doubts, that is what he is going to work on until he gets you past a point of no return, if that were possible. I will say at this time, before we go any further, When I read in Genesis 1:26, 27, 28, where it is written, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth. (27) So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. (28) And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth,” there are two words that stand out, IMAGE and LIKENESS. One means man is a spirit being: just as God is a Spirit. That is what God is. He has never had a body of His own. This scripture means man is a spirit being whose life is a miniature of his very Creator. Then the fact that He created man in His likeness, means there has to be instilled in him a certain type of intellect and spiritual concept whereby that man in his created state, knows how to communicate to that which is superior, above him, and from which he gets his existence. Is that not why Paul wrote, In Him we live and move and have our being. Our very life and existence comes from Him. The life of all those animals also came from God, but God did not create them in His image and likeness. They are an offspring created for another purpose. The devil, knowing all of this, had one thought in mind, I have to do something to sabotage that picture. With that thought in mind, he began to see a way to strike. The serpent part of the animal kingdom is the instrument he was going to use. The devil knew there were certain genetic compatible genes he could use to start his attack; and in order to do so, he introduced the thought of this intimate relationship strictly for pleasure. After certain cunning attempts on the part of the serpent, Eve finally agreed to partake of it. Then she goes to her husband and introduces it to him, making him a partner in the disobedience. Keep in mind, knowing that Adam had the commission from their Creator lying in his intellect, that he was never to partake of that tree of knowledge, I can see the hurt in him, when Eve began to approach him with the idea. He finds it hard to listen to her. Do not ever think he agreed to it the first time she spoke to him about it. I feel safe in saying that she hounded about it until he finally gave in. When God did deal with Adam later on, He said, Because you hearkened unto the voice of your wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for your sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of your life. Hearkened is not a word that describes the idea that you said yes instantly. Somewhere there was something that kept probing at your mind wherein you finally made a decision. When the woman saw it was good for food, she actually partook of an act. Now I say to you professors of theology, God on and climb a tree, study Hebrew and Greek words until you turn blue, because when it was over and God did curse Adam and Eve, and this serpent creature, it was outside this beautiful heavenly environment that Eve gave birth to two offspring. Keep in mind, in the genealogical makeup it says she knew Adam, or Adam knew her. But there were two children born of her. The first one born was from that seed that had been conceived already, from the intimate act with the serpent, and because Adam hearkened to her, the pleasure relationship that was carried on, caused her to conceive by him also. Outside of that heavenly environment, though still in Eden, two children were born to her. One of the devil’s plot, and one still bearing the image and likeness of God, because he was the son of God. Keep in mind though, even the son of Adam had been brought into existence off the tree of knowledge, which is pleasure. Therefore Abel has a death penalty already imputed to him. That is the way we have to understand it. Therefore with this in mind, let us study seriously. There are many other things that God could have used as the point of testing for Adam and Eve, but it turned out to be the thing we have been talking about and I think we can all see the results of it.
WHAT THE SERPENT SEED WERE DOING
Let us go back to the 28th verse of chapter 1. In the 27th verse God had already created male and female. (Gen. 1:28) “And God blessed them, and god said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” In this article I have been referring to, (I will show it again) these creatures are trying to do away with personal gender identity. One is male, the other female. They want them to be known as “It,” or just as a person. This character, which is a professor of divinity in a college in California, with this little baby, was asked, what is the baby? Is it a boy or girl? He says, ask the baby. He would not say whether it was a male or female. The reason I look at that the way I do, we are coming close to the end of time; and we are seeing the words of Jesus fulfilled. This is exactly why Jesus said, (17:26-30) “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. (27) They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. (28) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; (29) But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed {them} all. (30) Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” As it was in the days of Lot, so again will it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man. There are more details describing what was in the days of Lot, because you see in the 19th chapter of Genesis, when the two angels left the presence of Abraham, they journeyed toward Sodom, and the Lord had told Abraham that the cries and the evils of Sodom had come up before Him, and the time had come He was coming down to destroy. Abraham immediately, knowing that Lot and his relatives lived there, began to intercede. Keep in mind, Sodom and Gomorrah, as two cities within the low lands of the Jordan Valley, had been practicing a certain kind of lifestyle for a long time. You get a better picture reading the whole story but I will hurry to it. When we read somewhere along the 13th or 14th chapters, when Abraham and Lot were coming back out of Egypt for their first journey, the herdsmen got into a squabble and Abraham said to Lot, (13:8) “Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdsmen and thy herdsmen; for we be brethren.” In other words, you go your way and I will go mine. When you see the choice of Lot, Sodom was beautiful. I am going to describe it. It looked much like early Los Angeles California. Sunny, a beautiful place of palm trees. A place the rich like to retire to and have a summer house. As we read on we find that the men of Sodom were very wicked. (13:13) “But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly.” That lets you know the social environment in Sodom and Gomorrah was already on a downward course. From the time Abraham and Lot split fellowship and Lot has went there to dwell and raise his children the social picture of things really got rotten. The Sodomite lifestyle was so perverted and filthy it is hard for you and I to perceive what all they did do. There is nothing you could think of, that they did not do. They used the sexual pleasure thing in any twisted perverted way to gain the sensation they were after, just like their same kind are doing today, and they want you to believe God made it to be this way, and that there is nothing wrong with it. That is why they will not use the Bible you and I use. They have to put together a newly interpreted version of the Bible, which gives certain scriptures a meaning that is definitely against what God meant it to be. When they get through twisting and re-translating it, their Bible gives them sanction. When you read all this it lets you know the devil knew what he was doing six thousand years ago. He also knows what he is doing right now, because it is the end time and he knows his time is short. I have to say, The end is coming upon us very fast. God has not changed His mind one bit from what He determined to do and bring to pass in the earth. In the beginning, God created man, male and female, then the time came that God blessed them. You can ask, At what time after man, male and female were created, did the Creator give the them the commission? He gave the commission to the two, male and female, before they were ever put on earth in a corporal, physical body. This goes to show that the commission was in their intellect. Now saints, please do not try to tell me that we are to look upon ourselves as some bisexual creatures, half man and half woman. The creation story does not in any way give place for such thinking. There was no such thing in the mind of the Creator. God never created human beings to look like that. I realize down through the centuries there have been individuals born that have certain physical characteristics that are part woman and part man. I am not ignorant of these things: I just ask you to keep in mind, the fact that such creatures are not an original. That shows how the devil got into the genetic structure and through the laws of reproduction has defiled many things that were perfect in creation. I can explain that further: Just say for instance, if a young man or woman can get so addicted to dope, that this begins to affect the genetic structure and their ability to reproduce themselves, you can see why babies are born with no arms or legs, and with no eyes or ears. I subscribe to a Horseman’s magazine. Last month there was a picture of a particular horse and of the parents of a particular child. This child was born with no legs or arms. It did not tell why. It told the story about how that horse had been so trained that this child could sit in the saddle with a strap around it, and with no legs or arms, with the reins in it’s teeth and that horse would neck rein. Anybody that knows horses knows what I mean. That horse responds to the touch of the reins that the child is holding in its mouth. Tell me why that child did not have arms and legs. You can plainly see, that back up the line somewhere, something entered into the stream of that genetic reproduction. The devil is behind all of these odd, physical productions that have come about through time. Keep in mind, the first man, male, and the first woman, female, was not created to be a crossed, bisexual creature. We can say this, When God created the body He was going to put the male and female spirit into, He created it a masculine body, with every organ designed to function with a particular purpose. Then when God put him to sleep and took the rib, and created a female body, and separated the female spirit, God knew exactly what He was doing, and why. He certainly did not create two freaks. I know Bro. William Branham used words many times that some might take the wrong way, like, that she (Eve) was a by product. Well, that can be one way to say it, but she was a product that was specifically designed by the Creator to be a certain way. He made no mistakes. When the Creator performed this great surgery He was not just playing around: He designed that woman exactly according to his premeditated plan. He was not just rolling this rib around in his hand waiting to see what it was going to become: He knew exactly what Adam’s wife would look like, and everything about her. Do all of you understand what I mean by that? He knew exactly what He was going to do with that rib. When He was finished, that rib had been shaped and fashioned with all the necessary organs a female should have to function in the Creator’s purpose. With that in mind, after everything was created, the devil, through the serpent, came on the scene with a plot to wreck the Creator’s plan. Doctors of divinity will try to use their Hebrew and Greek to attack the teachings about the serpent and the serpent seed, saying, That teaching is of the devil. That is out of the pit of hell. Yet when you really begin to compare it with all the scriptures, it is the only thing that makes any sense.
WHAT ORGAN DID ADAM AND EVE SIN WITH?
After Eve had disobeyed the Creator, and then been the cause of Adam doing likewise, immediately, their eyes were opened and they realized they were naked. What did they do? They immediately rushed in among the trees of plant life. They took fig leaves and by some means of fastening them together, made aprons to cover their loins. Do you follow me? They covered their loins. Why did they cover their loins, if they sinned with their mouth by eating fruit off of some plant life tree? I say to the religious critics, If Eve ate a piece of fruit off of a plant life tree, she did it with her teeth. That is an obvious conclusion. Then I ask you also, Why did God not curse her mouth? Then Adam ate of the same thing. Why did God not curse his mouth? THEY KNEW THEY DID NOT SIN WITH THEIR MOUTH. That was not where they put the fig leaves. They put the fig leaves around their loins. That is the part where they became consciously aware they were naked. It is what they did that made them realize they were naked, so they attempted to cover the area of their body that they knew they sinned with. Saints, I just have to tell you in plain words, because you are not going to hear a professor in school teach you anything like this. I have my doubts there are very many preachers that are going to talk like this unless they get a better revelation of the picture than what they have. The point is, when that happened with Adam and Eve, God came on the scene at the same time of day He normally had been doing, and said, Where are you. We can read it. (Genesis 3:8-11) “And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. (9) And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? (10) And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. (11) And He said, Who told thee thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?” When they finally came slipping out from behind the vegetative growth, I can just see them standing there: They no longer had the happy smile on their faces. They were not in the same place as usual, waiting for the Lord to appear for fellowship. Those other times, they were not creeping out, scared, ashamed, and afraid to face the Creator. When the Lord said, What hast thou done? He already knew: He was just giving them a chance to confess. You can read the rest of it; but let us go on over to where He cursed the serpent creature. (Chapter 3, verse 14) “And the Lord God said unto the serpent,” He is talking to this animal creature, so doctors of divinity, God the Creator that created this as part of the original animal kingdom, is verbally communicating with it. This creature is listening, and you should notice that God did not even tell the creature, I give you a chance to repent. No. “And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, (God is not talking to a snake. He is not talking to a reptile yet. He is talking to a creature that looks much like Adam) thou art cursed above all cattle, (Just think of the position the serpent had: He was Adam’s servant. Adam could have named him, George or whatever, and whatever he would have told him to go do, he would have done it; but here he stood, hearing these words spoken to him,) thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shall thou eat all the days of thy life.” When God spoke those words to the serpent, think where he stood in the animal kingdom that existed then. Do not try to tell me the animal kingdom that existed back then is a product that came over from the prehistoric world. I guarantee you, it is not. There were no dinosaurs standing there. None of those huge creatures from the prehistoric age were there. They were every one in the eons of the past. As I said the other day, They all died, perished during the last Ice Age. That is what really brought the planet to that state where it says in Genesis, and the earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. That meant there was no life on it; so let us pay attention to the penalty the Lord imposed upon that serpent creature. “Upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life.” (Adam and Eve were standing there trembling, guilty in their mind, wondering, What is He going to do to us. As they watched this creature that the devil had used to bring this terrible penalty and condemnation upon them, and heard God pronounce judgment upon him, they could not begin to imagine what their penalty would be.) God did not turn the serpent into a fishing worm: He turned him into a crawling reptile. I can visualize the power of God as it began to work on that creature. Whether this took place instantly, or whether it was something that progressed over a period of hours is immaterial to the fact of the end result. Adam and Eve saw the beginning effects; and then lived long enough to see the end results. From two legs, two arms, and a body shaped like man, he became a giant reptile lying there on the ground. What you may find strange, there was still a brain in him that could think much like it did before the curse. Did he have a mate? Sure it had a mate. God cursed it too. That is hard for a lot of people to accept; but we must accept reality: You do not see any of them still walking around on two legs as before. I realize a lot of modern religionists would say, Oh Bro. Jackson, God would never have allowed such a terrible thing to happen to two precious, holy creatures like that. I just have to say, Be careful, whoever you are that would say that: The devil is talking to you. As time passed, the serpent family eventually lost their vocal qualities; and please, Do not ask me whether it took hours, days, weeks or how long: Just rest assured, that there are no talking serpents around today. There he lay, still the serpent, but looking like a reptile. That is why mankind ever since, has wanted to look at the whole reptile family as serpents. We do not know which ones are descendants of them out there somewhere among the reptile family. How do I know that? Because the Bible in Isaiah 65, says, (speaking of the Millennium Age) “The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.” Here he is, in the beginning, standing upright and talking; and there he is, in the Millennium, still out there in the animal kingdom, but he is not walking upright like before, and he is not talking. He is out there crawling. What a low place God humbled him to. No, he is not a little garter snake. No. I have to believe he is a huge, crawling reptile, that can climb into the trees and just lay there. I read a tract years ago, describing the python. That is how I visualize the serpent family. The python are known to crawl into trees and position themselves over trails where man will follow, or animals. When the animal or man they are after comes along, they have a way of dropping on them and instantly coiling around them. They have a way of stretching the body out and breaking every joint, and it kills their victim. Clark Air Force base in the Philippines was named after a soldier that died just like that. That happened during the Spanish American War. The reason I say that, is because somewhere in all the snake family, reptile family, there is still a creature out there, which is the descendant of that original one; and that is why he is still going to be existing in the Millennium. God is watching over His word, to bring it to pass. With all of that in mind, I want to get to something else we want to clarify. God has cursed the serpent. Then He curses the woman’s reproductive organs. You can read all of what it says: I just want us to look logically as Christian people ought to be able to do. These doctors of divinity and modernists who want to attack this type of belief, little do they realize when they read this 16th verse, and God is talking to the woman like this, why He is doing it. “Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception.” Come on doctors of divinity, what did God mean when He said that? “In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” I will multiply thy sorrow and thy conception. What does that word sorrow, imply? Go to your medical doctors: Wake up, you wise characters, learn your language. That word sorrow, there, and thy conception, is absolutely pertaining to the woman’s reproductive role. When a young girl comes into womanhood, she begins having this certain cycle in her body. That is when the law in the genetic glands, or the sex glands in her body begin to function for that of the future role of her being a mother at some time. If that young woman did not have a certain cycle of period by which there was to be an egg dropped down for the eventual purpose of her being impregnated with that product of the male partner, there is no way she is ever going to conceive and bring forth offspring. Conception has got to be a word that portrays the fact that there has to be a sexual thing involved in God’s plan of reproduction. Any of you doctors of divinity want to disprove what I have said, will have to come to me with a lot better evidence than just the argument you have all majored upon through the years, for I have the scriptures to back up what I teach. The simple truth is, God, right here, cursed her physical, emotional feelings of going through childbirth, plus on top of that He is adding to her periods as a multiplication, to create much physical nervousness and frustration. That is why this added pain and suffering has followed woman down through the centuries of time. “In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children.” That is the end results of her disobedience. Why did He not say to her, Now, because you disobeyed my command and ate of that other tree, you are going to have to eat apples with a tooth ache from now on? Doctors of divinity, what is wrong with you? Why are you so convinced that the original sin was that Adam and Eve ate fruit from a forbidden plant life tree? As Jesus would say, You blind scribes and Pharisees, you strain at a gnat and swallow a camel. The devil has stuck his foot in your mouth and you are too blind to know what has happened to you. In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children. This proves to me, that it is through the woman’s reproductive organs that the devil is on the move. It is all because he introduced the woman to the sex act strictly for pleasure, rather than for the sole purpose of reproduction, which would have been partaking of the tree of life. None of this flesh pleasing life style is a fit way for men and woman to bring little children into the world. God ordained that a husband and wife partake of the sex act only for the purpose of reproducing themselves to repopulate the earth; and the devil, through the serpent, introduced the act to Eve for pleasure; and because of their disobedience, God imposed a penalty upon each of the three characters involved in the disobedience; and then allowed the man and woman to continue on in their newly discovered pleasure. The difference is, they have to pay a great price for going against the Creator’s original plan. That itself was bad enough; but Satan did not stop there; he kept on until he had men lusting after other men and women after other women, entering into perverted acts of sexual pleasure. In this day and hour, you hear of same sex marriages. It is a fact though, that two men together are not going to repopulate the earth, nor two women. They may defy God’s sacred law of reproduction; but they can never annul it. The only thing they can accomplish is to please the devil. You know they have given themselves over to a reprobate mind; but what about a man, a human creature like this, that will marry a woman, bring a child into the world; and then when asked, Is the baby a boy or girl? Him reply, Ask the baby. Such a creature will turn right around and will carry on a sexual relationship with a man; and the wife will have a sexual relationship with another woman. How long can this thing go? The only time there is going to be a baby born is when they have carried on one of these relationships, male and female. This is some of what twas going on in the days of Noah, before the flood. That is what God was looking at when you read Genesis 6, verses 5-7. “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (6) And it repented the Lord that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at his heart. (7) And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth men that I have made them.” Man, in his unregenerate state, and especially in this hour, is not content just to have a wife, or a wife have a husband. Every one of these characters in here, tell where they met, under what conditions they met, who they have slept with, having had partners of both sexes. You just cannot go any further than that. There is nothing any more ornery than that. That puts you exactly where things were in the days of Lot, and in the days of Noah. When the Lord looked down and saw it like that, He said it repents me that I have even made man. It tells you about the giants being born, men of renown. Those two outstanding identities tell you eve in the days that Noah lived there were intellectual wizards born. They did not have God on their mind. They had knowledge of how to do things with earthly materials and they became inventors of evil things. There was nothing they would not seek to do if God allowed them. Then to go along with that, there were giants born to those people. They were no doubt physical brutes. What kind of creatures were they? They were the kind that like to get a man in the ring and break his neck, break his legs, and cripple him for life, or kill him; and then walk around beating himself on the chest, feeling like he has done something great. That is not of God: That is a work of the devil. When you think you are going to heaven, seeing angels, Gabriel and all those, strutting, beating themselves on the chest, forget it. It is only a devil that acts like that. You might say, Oh but Bro. Jackson, look at David. You just have to realize, when the devil begins to work in the kingdom of men, yes you have evil and good running parallel. Then God will anoint men with such strength as He did Samson. That is why He anointed David like He did. Good has to overcome evil, and we know it is a physical conflict at times. However, in the beginning, that was not the picture seen in the environment of God. I hope you realize that. Do not ever think you will see any such as this going on over in the Millennium, boxers, wrestlers, men such as that breaking each others’ bones. Hell might be like that, but not the Millennium. That will be an age of restoration, a time of returning to the original pattern like we see in the Garden of Eden.
HOW TO LOOK AT PERVERTED LIFESTYLES
Right here, is where we want to begin to break down some of the terminology used in the scriptures, and show you exactly what was meant. What these perverts say, how they explain the scriptures, is just for their own benefit: Just to justify their own way of life. You might say, Bro. Jackson, Why does the scriptures word this thing down in Sodom like that? When the two angels were in Lot’s house and all those fellows stood on the porch, knocking on Lot’s door and saying, Send those men out to us, that we may know them. To know them would have been to have some kind of sexual, intimate relationship with them. We know that whole gang on the porch were perverts, homosexuals, deviates of the lowest order. They were standing out there demanding that Lot send those men out to them. Why? Because they saw something in those two young men that excited them. This character I have been speaking of, this Catholic priest, says that homosexuality was a normalcy; and that there is nothing wrong with that lifestyle. Well why did God render such a thing to be worthy of total destruction? Why did He rain fire and brimstone upon Sodom and sink the whole city forever? It was because the whole society, except for Lot and those God saw fit to spare, had given themselves over to this perverted lifestyle and they were beyond the point of turning their lives around to honor God. The fact that those two young men came into their environment and they could think of nothing but physically raping them. They wanted to approach them and socially and physically rape them. That is why God destroyed them. What language. What a cover. Send them out that we may know them. That is why that kind of spirit is on the scene today: Satan has been able to present this perverted lifestyle in a way that seems so normal and acceptable. To think, not a nation on this earth has stooped so low, gone so far down in the intellectual spectrum as the United States of America has. I have heard the older fellows of WW1, when they were in France, talk about Paris, how it was back then; but I would feel safe in saying, Paris France back then, was like a Garden of Eden compared to what America has become since then. Therefore because of the way things are today, I want to use about an hour to add another chapter to this message. I suppose, that 25 or 30 years ago I would have been reluctant to stand before a mixed audience of men and women, boys and girls and speak as plainly as I feel I must at this time. However, since then, I have read enough of the school material they pass out, especially in the sex education program, I said to myself, This low down bunch of characters must think the whole human race is totally ignorant concerning their physical makeup. They think God created these human beings and did not give them sense enough to know why a man is physically designed a certain way and why a woman is physically designed a certain way. You are not going to hear anyone else preach this. I take the opportunity and I say this to all my young brothers and sisters, As I talk to you in this message, I want you to think seriously about what I am going to read into the message. The fact that you are sitting here, you as a human being, is because somewhere a man and a woman came together and made love and you are the product of that relationship. Am I talking out of turn? You know I am not. I can show you from the Bible, that was the original plan; but before God was ever allowed to carry out His perfect plan through Adam and Eve, the devil moved first and corrupted that plan. Many things in the Bible are not written in all the details. It is written that way to keep the wise of this world hanging out on a limb. They can probe, they can study all they want to; but when they have exhausted all their mentality, they are just as ignorant as they were when they started. As I said earlier, Here is a picture of three nice looking young people: Two young men and a young woman. She has her hair cut much like the young men: It is just combed a little differently. Inside this, is a picture of some other individuals. They too are young people, husbands and wives, but in the background there is another person. That is all to portray the lifestyle they have willingly and lovingly said is normalcy. Here is a young couple on the left: Each one has another companion of the opposite sex. This person is a native American background: That is his ancestry. His name is Elias, the prophet’s name. He is a professor of divinity in a California college. He is male, married to a female. The baby they have, he did not tell what sex gender it was. He says if he is asked the question, What is the child, he will tell them, Ask the baby. The mother of the child is breast feeding. He is strapping a bottle to his breast to take his turn in breast feeding. They do not want this baby to grow up thinking there is a difference between the two characters that brought it into the world. WHAT A PICTURE! Saints, I am really going to get serious with you. You are the very generation the devil has his sights zeroed in on. You young folks are still going to man’s institutions of learning and the devil has set the agenda for you. He has every kind of gun loaded to hit you full blast in your mentality: He wants to break down all your personal convictions and make you into strange creatures like we have been talking about. If he can pervert your thinking and make you believe you are really not male or really not female, that you are just an “it,” he can lead you any way he chooses. That kind of perverted creatures do not even want to be recognized in the gender category. To me, it is very strange, that none of these creatures want to be identified as a he or she. They think that is insulting to them to identify them in that way. This kind of thinking just goes to show you, that this is about as far as God is going to let the devil go before He judges the whole thing. AS we said earlier, In the Garden of Eden where our ancestry started, one man and one woman, male and female, brought forth children into the world and were in no way considered to be bisexual. The female spirit had every quality of being feminine, beautiful to look upon, dainty, and whatever else it took to portray femininity . The male had every masculine quality it took for being something suitable for leadership, and to fulfill certain things in the earth that God had created the man to fulfill. They were yet spirit beings in the presence of their Creator, when He (the Creator) instilled in their mind’s the commission to Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. Therefore do not try to tell me that the day God created that body out of the dust of the earth and breathed into him the breath of life, that Adam had to be told again and again what his mission on earth was. First of all, I want you to know he was spoken of in the male gender, and secondly, when Adam became conscious of his earthly environment, he did not stand around in a daze, in a state of awe, wondering what to do: It was all already in his intellect. When the time did come that God said, It is not good that man should be alone, He had already brought forth the animal kingdom before He took the rib from Adam and fashioned the woman; but not one of them were suitable for a help mate for the man. That is when He put Adam to sleep and took the rib from his side and made the woman. As soon as Adam saw her he said, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” Once God separated out of the body, all of that which pertained to the woman, Adam was totally masculine and Eve was totally feminine. Furthermore I assure you, neither of them were in any way perverted. Eve was called the mother of all living; but never was there any reason for anyone to think of her as being in any way perverted. God was not playing around. He designed every physical part about her to play the role of that great commission. That is why a woman is designed physically as she is. Had sin never entered the picture to start with, man would never have looked upon woman with all this Satanic sex craving and unnatural desire. He would see her as his sister or his wife, in a sacred relationship to the Creator. It is very strange, modern man today will portray this act in the most derogatory way to entertain demonic, demonized human appetites. They portray pictures in pornography simply to satisfy a nature brought about because of sin. Here they play on all this violent stuff, how males want to abuse women in the sexual role. Then when something is said about taking it off TV, they cry censorship. That dirty devil has got to have his last word. Why? It all started way back here, just as it is recorded right here in the Bible, in the 3rd chapter of Genesis. Here is the basis for everything that is going on. What we are reading here, and what we read in this manuscript that is put together by a Catholic priest who is a homosexual, all started way back here before the flood of Noah’s hour. This man’s name is on the back page of this. This is the end results of what the devil, through the serpent, started in the Garden of Eden six thousand years ago. I am going right on into this so we can easily see what the Bible really says about this perverted lifestyle. Where did it come from? Why is it so prevalent today? Why are voices, both from the secular world and the religious world, speaking out, trying to justify it? It is because they are hoping that the real Christians, who they call the far right, are so ignorant of the word of God that they can twist it and give a verse of scripture any kind of meaning they want to, and we will never know the difference. Well there is an element of people in the world today that are just gullible enough to fall for that trick; but there are also some who have enough of the Spirit of God in them to expose this dirty trick of the devil. Really, there are some who profess to be Christian’s, but in their mind, they want to entertain certain perverted thoughts. It is because they have never been washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ. Well regardless of how some may look at what is going on in the world today, I have to look at this whole picture from a sacred standpoint, and speak of it as godly as I know how to put it. Just bear with me, and follow me in the scriptures. I want every one of you to see what I see by the time we finish this message.
CONSEQUENCES OF DISOBEYING GOD
We are going to turn back to that 16th verse, in the 3rd chapter of Genesis. Up to the time of what we are going to read, Satan, through the serpent, has finally succeeded in setting his trap for the woman. Psychologically he has convinced Eve that this eating (or partaking) of the fruit of the tree of knowledge is really having an intimate relationship strictly for pleasure, outside of bearing children. He did not say to Eve, Let us have a baby together. No. It was more like, Let us have some fun. You can take that language and put it in present tense. Young people today, who are educated in our schools of learning, whose conscience has been exposed to the seed of Satan and the spirit of Satan, when they are overcome with this spirit of curiosity about sex, and they go out here on the back roads and alleys and carry on their game of making love, you know they do not have in mind, Let us have a baby. That is not their motive. They just want to have some fun together, regardless of the consequences. You know I am speaking the truth. They have a motive altogether contrary, because in their mind they only want to have a little fun and satisfy that urge inside of them. Now I am going to show you how to look at this thing they are doing today. Let us read that verse. (Gen. 3:16) “Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” So unto the woman Eve, He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception. To multiply, is to greatly increase something that is already present. What about “Thy sorrow?” He is actually saying, Eve, in your created role, there would have been times you would have had certain emotional feelings. That is all part of being a mother. That is why the word sorrow is used. It means a change in the emotional makeup, from an atmosphere of happiness, to a condition or mood of depression; and now that condition is multiplied. And thy conception, means, I will multiply your periods. That pertains to those original cycles that will come upon a woman, for one sole purpose, to enable her to conceive. That is in the God ordained role that she has been designed by the Creator for, and the man that chooses her as a companion for life is the one she was to conceive by, but she is the person that is going to know when that time is, not the man, because she is the person that feels this physical change coming on. It is how she feels when that period is setting up in her body, and when it reaches a certain point, the knowledge she would have had at that time tells her when to say to her mate, Let us make love for the Creator. That is how it would have been if sin had not entered into the picture. Bear with me saints, as I have to talk plain language in this, in order to make it as plain as possible. Do not go out these door as ignorant about this as some of you may have been when you came in. I am not deliberately using this kind of language just to make it sound derogatory: I really want you to see that this intimate relationship, in the beginning, was to be sacred. Is it not meaningful, that through the first chapters of the Bible, practically every time Adam had relationship with his wife, it said, And Adam knew her? That is how that relationship was referred to in the early scriptures. Even the offspring, when they chose a companion, it says, And he knew her. That is not derogatory language. That is language that carries a sacred picture. That is the way it was to be looked upon at the onset. Anyhow, because of her disobedience, God is saying, I AM GOING TO MULTIPLY YOUR PERIODS. That is why every woman that has been born of Eve, her cycles are increased. Every 28 days of her life, in a normal trend, in her child bearing years, she goes through this cycle. Then, on top of that here is something else I want you to look at. In sorrow, not only depression, not only physical pain, but in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children. Then notice this, And is a conjunction, so here is where something else comes in. “And thy desire shall be to thy husband.” This is language that is really concealed. This is where God changed the sex picture. While she had the choice to say when the time was right for conception, it was her call; but now that she has lost that ability and her periods are to be multiplied, she does not know when she can be ready to receive seed. After six thousand years, who is it today that is trying to bring this thing to some kind of means where it can be controlled? What has the woman’s rights movement done. Look at these corporate industry, feminine individuals that have take that role of leadership, both in the financial world, the corporate world, in every major of man’s business, she has climbed to the point where she is vice president, or she is absolutely the boss. Many of those women do not even want a husband: They want a career. Do not tell me though, that these same women do not like to have a good time with some man of their choice. That is, unless they are perverted. They are the ones that are fighting, through political means, to have it so that these women who want to live such a loose lifestyle and still hold that same role in the spotlight, will be able to have their child aborted at any time. That is because, since God multiplied Eve’s periods and conception, they do not know when they can have this relationship and not get pregnant. There is not a doctor or a nurse, that can pinpoint the exact time. They can come within a proximity fo the time; but they cannot be exact about it. Remember, when I say proximity, it is because this law does not always work with every female exactly the same. There are variations and you have to allow for that. There is one thing sure when it comes to the animal kingdom. If a horse is in good health, if a female cow is in good health, you do not have to study breeding means: All you have to do is watch them. That female will never allow the male to come near her until she knows the time is right. You do not find them entering into this relationship except for reproduction. That is as plain as I know how to speak. It is the same in the horse family, in the cow family, and any kind of creature. THIS INTIMATE ACT IS A SACRED THING IN THE EYES OF GOD, because practically all life that comes into existence, comes by that means. I believe you will agree with me on that. National Geographic, when they show some of their documentary films, as they study the sea life, the white whale, the blue whale, they all follow the same pattern in that way. The white whale will not cross with the blue whale. They are guided by a spirit and they hold to that. Watch the horse in the wild. He will not cross with anything else, only the species of his kind. You can have all kind of burros running out there in the wild, but that female horse will not cross with them because her makeup does not allow her to say yes to any of them. What man does in his commercial type of surroundings is a different story. He can force breed animals in certain ways. That is why we have the mule. However if you turn them loose in the wild, the mule will fade out of the picture. He is either going to be a jenny or a horse. That is according to the Creator. Regardless of what anyone may think, God has established laws that cannot be changed. The woman is to bear children with much sorrow. We read through the Bible of the sufferings some have experienced, even death. We see Jacob take Rachel and Leah as his wives, along with their two handmaids or mistresses, so he actually had four wives. He had two wives and two concubines; but Rachel was the one he really loved. She was the one who gave birth to Benjamin and died in childbirth. She is buried just outside the city limits of Bethlehem, in the Holy Land. With that in mind, let us look at this other statement: “And thy desire shall be to thy husband.” God was actually telling Eve, Now that you have attained the knowledge of this relationship, which I told you in the beginning, “Thou shalt not partake of it lest ye die,” and you now know that it can be used for pleasure as well as for reproduction, your desire will no longer be to wait for the proper time, but rather to please your husband whenever he feels he wants to have this relationship. People, old and young, read through these words in the Bible without having one thought about what they actually pertain to. How many of you sitting present, really understand me? You see a lot of fights going on among male and female today; and you have a lot of sexual harassment in the work place, simply because the whole thing is far from the plan of the Creator; but now that we are so close to the end, and Satan is making his last great move, it is getting worse all the time. I can say this, Fifty years ago, wherever there were certain workplaces that did hire women, and some of those women might have been single girls, as well as young married women, you did not have the diabolical bunch of men looking at them and calling them all kinds of derogatory names. There was not that derogatory, sex harassment in the work place back then. There was a certain amount of respect for all women. Of course there has always been a few exceptions; but fifty years ago, if any woman came home and told her husband that a certain man at the work place had done such a thing, you can rest assured of this one thing, That husband would one way or another teach that man not to fool around with his wife. In other words, there might have been someone in the bushes with a shot gun the next time that fellow came by. I say that not to be carnal, but to tell you, Fifty years ago this sex picture was not as loose and widespread as it is today. We have a perverted political segment of government, federal, state and local, that has come unto the control of Satan. This is going to lead me to say things about our government. I do not hate our system of government, I just simply despise the attitude of some of our political characters who think that being a politician in our government makes them a god. They are not god’s: They are just terribly deceived by their master, if you know what I mean. “And thy desire shall be to thy husband, (Here is where the knowledge that this intimate act can be a pleasure experience has led them to. They know what it is, and they know how to use it to enjoy the sensations of it; but from then on, the woman was to be subject to her husband’s desire.) And he shall rule over thee.” Why is the woman’s rights movement today so anti male, always proclaiming, We can do anything man can do? They want to defy the word of God. They try to show every man that they really can do anything he can do. That is why you see women out here on the highways, repairing or building them. Here is a female with a bandana around her head, flagging traffic, while the men are pouring hot asphalt. You would not have seen that fifty years ago. Here is a crew going out to work on the electric lines after a storm; and there you see the female going out with them. She is wearing a set of boots and spurs just like the men. She climbs the utility poles, showing she can do what the man can do. If women had to dig the holes for those utility poles with the old post hole digger like they used way back then, and she had a few callouses on those hands because they did not have the hydraulic augers they have today, we would have a different picture today. You need not tell me I do not know what I am talking about. When they used to have to dig the waterline trenches with a pick and shovel, you did not see women out there wanting those jobs. However as soon as they came along with the backhoes on the tractors, with hydraulic controls and all of that, any female, even if she was no more than five foot two, could sit up there and work those controls. She can dig as big a ditch as any man can. The Creator that created you as a woman did not design you to do what man was made to do. It is the devil that has told you that lie. First, emotionally, time has proved that women will crack up when certain major things come looming upon them. They are not emotionally nor physically able to cope with everything men have to cope with, especially disaster. They were not created to function in the man’s role. Of course there are always exceptions as to what certain women are capable of doing; but that does not in any way change what the Creator had in mind when He created the woman for a specific role. Every time humanity goes about the task of changing something the Creator designed to be a certain way, they only bring unnecessary hardship upon someone. You only make your world that much more impossible to live in. There is only two ways we mortals can go: God’s way, or Satan’s way. If we depart from God’s established way, we are going for the devil’s deception. It is his business to try to lead every one of us astray, if he can get our attention. We have to make a choice daily, whether we will stand for what we know is right, or whether we will give in to the pressures of the society we live in the midst of. That is what Joshua was presenting to the children of Israel in Joshua 24:15, when he said to them, “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve,— but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” What is your choice? Will you follow the ways of righteousness? God’s way may not be the most popular way, but His rewards are greater. The difference is life or death, blessing or cursing, heaven or hell.
SCRIPTURES MADE CLEAR
Saints I want you to listen to me now: for this is Biblical. God established a covenant between man and woman. IT was going to be a covenant of intimate pleasure, whereby they would fall in love and by the same intimate act, bring children into the world; but it would not be by the tree of life which was His original plan: It would be by the tree of knowledge. Now if some of you are thinking, Bro. Jackson, are you sure you are not getting out of the Bible? No. I am not. It is in the Bible. When Jesus, in Matthew 5, and Matthew 19, was talking about adultery and such things, especially in the 19th chapter, He began to touch on that. In Matthew 5:32, He said, “But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. (10) His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. (11) But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.” When His disciples said to Him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it would be better that a man not be married, just notice How He answered them. He said, Not all men can receive this saying, only they to whom it is given. Which means this, God, the Creator, has in some men’s bodies, created a very low sex esteem. I believe you know what I mean by that. There are some women the same way. They do not have the same attraction to the opposite sex as some others do. That is why many times they go down life’s pathway with no desire to be married: simply because they do not feel the need to be with the opposite sex. You can read it in the Bible. Why did Paul say in 1st Corinthians 7, when he was talking about marriage and divorce, and he was concluding his thoughts on this matter, say, Not all men have this calling. That is why he said, Let every man abide in the calling wherein he is called. I believe that is as plain as anything has to be said, if you read your Bible right. These are the passages of scripture that have been hid under the cloth; but we have to bring them out if we want to be able to deal with things like this magazine article. They are saying all these things in here; and they actually love one another. The only thing is, this man has a wife, but he had another man and another woman. The woman that lives with his as wife, she also has other outlets for this pleasure thing, both women and men. That is what this bisexual thing is all about. One man and one woman can marry. Neither one is actually gay or straight, they are bisexual. They split the two in the middle. Each one of these couples it shows here, a man and woman living together as husband and wife, he goes out and has other relationships, sleeps with other women and has other relationships with men. She in turn, lives the same way. When you put it all together, if that kind of lifestyle could fulfill the commission of God, to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, God would not have been so specific in creating man a certain way, and the woman a certain way. Two men cannot replenish anything. Neither can two women replenish anything. The genes, the genetic quality of the two will not work that way. Yes, they can use the pleasure side of it; and that is the perverted side, bu they will pay a price for their choice to live that way. The covenant of pleasure that God gave Adam and Eve to live under as they were driven out of this beautiful paradise, the Garden of Eden, has repopulated the earth for sure, but every child born from that time down until now, has been born with the knowledge of the tree of knowledge, which is sex for pleasure. You do not have to go to school to learn that. That was the devil’s aim, when he perpetrated the plan between Eve and the serpent: to get the world repopulated with people he could talk to. The devil wanted to take young women, girls and boys, and drop seed into their mind when they are 10, 11, and 12 years old, which actually are things they did not need to know anything about at that age. Sex talks and desires of such have no place in the lives of children that age. When girls that age, in the days of my childhood got together, my sister, my cousins, all the young girls I went to school with, they talked about dolls and things like that. Back then, dolls were very fashionable. All through that period of time, every girl wanted a doll; and many of those dolls became collectors items, but now 10, 11 and 12 year old girls have somehow or other been pulled past that; and instead of dolls, they envision a little baby for themselves. Yet emotionally they are incapable of having the mentality and outlook to be responsible parents. It is a shame, how these poor “innocent” girls and boys have given themselves over to the spirit of Satan that runs rampant in our intellectual institutions and on our streets: so that we are now getting a flood of offspring from this type of thing; and our society is slowly becoming perverts; and the general society is wanting to treat the whole thing as normal. All of this is an indication of the fact that we are at the end. You do not have very many more years. I will say to all of you young people, If we get by another eight years without disaster striking America, and this liberal trend keeps going at the same pace it is going, you will be eight years older and crying out to your Creator, God, get me out of this rotten mess. Naturally we may wonder, Will the Creator allow such wholesale lifestyles to become the predominant picture of our society? If it does the day will come when you will see countless numbers of childless individuals walking the streets, nothing but perverts of the baser sort, because they do not want to be responsible for bringing a child into the world. However they live some of the most perverted lifestyles in pleasure that anyone could ever imagine. It is a matter of taking what God covenanted over here in Genesis 3:16, “And thy desire shall be to thy husband,” and twisted it around and brought about homosexuality, lesbians and bisexuals. You just simply cannot go any lower than this bisexual thing. This lifestyle includes incest, adultery and fornication of the most liberal description. I also read here from the religious side, this Catholic priest who is a homosexual himself, tries to explain certain passages of scripture, to make it sound like you and I are totally ignorant, but because he is an intellectual he knows how to translate the meanings of passages of scriptures. As I said earlier, When we come to the place in Genesis 19, where the two angels went down to Sodom and Gomorrah to destroy the cities, all those perverted young and old men in the streets of Sodom and Gomorrah saw the two angels only as two young men who came into town and were invited to Lot’s house. They saw them go into Lot’s house, so here they came, knocking at the door. When darkness came, here they are standing on Lot’s porch, beating on the door, saying, Send those two men out to us, that we may know them. This priest here, as he seeks to justify homosexuality and twist the meaning of certain words in his translation, says it was not the homosexuality of those men, it was the fact that two young men had come into town and they had such a hostile attitude toward the men of the cities, socially, that there was no hospitableness about them. Therefore because of the inhospitableness of these young men, those fellows came to Lot’s house, not to take the two young men out and be nice to them, but to rape them instead. That is why, he said, that God destroyed them. Don’t that sound good? Don’t that sound just like the devil? Anyone would have to be spiritually blind and totally ignorant to believe such a concoction as that. That is always the devil’s trick, first to blind them people, then lead them by the nose. Remember how the serpent approached Eve, “Yea, hath God said?” She repeated what she knew in her intellect from creation; and the devil said, Now wait a minute: God knows that the day you eat of that fruit, you will become like God Himself: You will know just as much as He does. That took the fear from Eve and put a thought in her mind: Maybe you are right. That is always the devil’s trick: He throws you off guard first, then gives you the knock out punch. Thank God, his time is short now.
GOD’S MIND ON THE ABOMINATIONS OF MANKIND
Let us move along to some other passages of scriptures and notice how God looks upon these things. God has always hated this perverted lifestyle. We will look at Leviticus 18:22, first. Israel is on their way through the wilderness. God is taking them to the land of promise. He has given them the law of commandments. He has given them the ordinances, things to do and not to do, how to observe certain things and keep certain feasts and so forth. He also gave them this moral ordinance. In the 22nd verse, He is talking to the male side of Israel. “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination.” That is as plain as the nose on your face, so why do people not see it? Man with man is out of the picture. That much we have from this one verse. You could go on and read more if you want to; but for now, we will go to the 24th and 29th verses. Here, we find God is telling Israel how He sees the people in this land of Canaan, the place where He is going to take them and give them the land. Therefore starting with the 24th verse, “Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you: For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled; That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you. For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.” That is how God looks upon this liberal, far left lifestyle in America today. I am telling you, of all the nations in the world that have ever had a historical beginning through time, America has fallen the lowest in a shorter period of decay than all the rest put together. No wonder they are saying today, that our school system is failing. The average graduate, his mentality is sinking lower all the time. Why should God not create some kind of sad effect when a nation begins to turn away from His ways? For our next reading, we will go to Leviticus 20:13. “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” That is what God said in 1400 B.C. while He was bringing the children of Israel through the wilderness, getting ready to take them over the Jordan into the land of promise. Do people actually think God has changed His mind about all these abominations of carnal mankind? I assure you, He has not. This Catholic priest we have been discussing, tries to explain here in this article, that by the changing of meanings of certain words, the translators translating from the old tongue to the English of our day, came across certain words in the original and there was not a word in the English that had the same equivalent, so they used another word, thereby losing the true meaning of the whole thing. The real point of this whole article is, he is trying to convince this society that God did not really hate the homosexuals; and that it was for another reason that He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. We can go on a little further and see how the Bible speaks in defense of itself. In Numbers 25, here is where the devil tried to use Balaam to put a curse on the children of Israel. However Balaam was not successful in being able to curse these people, so Balaam and Balak had an argument and Balaam gave a prophecy concerning what his people would do to the other people in the later days. Then the 25th chapter brings out what follows. Balaam followed up by saying, I will tell you how to defeat the people of Israel. Get all your young people to parade themselves and entice their young people to join them. Mingle among them and invite them to some of your festivities. In your frolicking and all this loose liberal living you all do, show them how enjoyable it is. Show how nice it is to get along together. So the Moabites put on a feast and sent their emissaries, their young people, and just to show you how God looked upon even this minor perversion, Numbers 25, tells that a young Israelite boy brought a Moabite woman, a young girl, into the Israelite camp. He took her to his tent, and was in the process of having relations with her. Then a young son of a priest who saw this and was so disturbed with the evil of this deed, he took a knife and ran in and slew them both. Did God punish him for slaying those two people? No. God commended that young priest for that. Because of His feelings about that kind of loose living, and what he did about it, God promised him that he and his seed after him would long enjoy the office of the priesthood. His quick action stayed the anger of God in the evil that was ready to strike. So I say to you, If you think God does hate these things that go contrary to His commands, why would He let a young man kill a young boy and girl that is in an act of fornication and commend him for it, and then turn right around and look favorably upon perversion? It takes a sick mind to picture a religious God in that light. The point is, These great intellectuals of our day are working overtime trying to brainwash the youth of our day and hour; and in some areas they are very successful in doing so. First they had to get the knowledge of God out of the institutions of learning, taking prayer and Bible reading out of school, as well as all the other symbols of Christianity and decency. This exposes the young mind to a world that has become so modernistic and so perverted, the devil has a choice playground. When children are not exposed to the teachings of the Bible and admonitions of God-fearing parents, what is to keep them from falling into the devil’s trap? They have nothing for a guideline.
WHAT THE NEW TESTAMENT SAYS ABOUT UNGODLINESS
We will go now to the New Testament and see how the Bible brings out some other things. Our first reading will be in the 1st chapter of the book of Romans. The apostle Paul was the writer of this epistle. As he writes this letter, Paul, being a Jew himself and raised in Tarsus, which was a city on the southern coast of Turkey in that hour, was well informed of Gentile lifestyles. Keep in mind, Rome ruled the world; so many of these lifestyles had spread to other nations. While certain nations of society may not have been as given over to some of these perversions, as others were, yet somewhere in those Gentile societies, some of it went on. That is why we can say our ancestors of two thousand years ago, were not really a moral society of people. Paul is writing this letter to the Romans; and starting in the 18th verse of the 1st chapter, we find this. (That same priest, in this article, tries to disguise what Paul says by using some of that twisted English language terminology.) But Paul, being a Jew, he wrote here, “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them.” In other words, Paul is actually saying, Wake up man! Look at nature. Look at the animal kingdom. Can you not see something in them? “for the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.” My wife was watching a program the other morning; and during the program they were showing a certain type of animal. It is true in the wild animal kingdom, that when the particular season comes for a male and female to come together for the mating, many times it is the female that has to pick the male. Then when she picks him, he is her mate for that particular season only. The next time, it may be a different one, however on this program she was watching, it showed a particular animal, and the analysis was, when they came into the reproductive role to choose the mate, they are mates for life. If people would just look at nature, they could not help but see God. Animals do not carry on with each other like you see in this perverted society of humanity. If you watch some of the documentaries of National Geographic, you will see what I mean: Just let another male come into that lion’s harem, maybe he has two or three females; but you let another male come roaming around, and there is one of the world’s worst fights going on. They sure are not bisexual. You will not find anything like that going on among the marine life in the ocean either. It will just not work. God designed all of these species in a way that kind gets kind, and it is not in any perverted sense: It is just for the purpose of reproducing and repopulating like the Creator commanded. Verse 21, “Because that, when they knew God, (I just have to say, There was a time when America had their chance.) They glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.” There is not a young man walking the streets of any city today, that has not had a chance to look at certain things in this nation, and know that it has had institutions of the very quality to instill in its youth the knowledge that a sovereign Creator designed this nation. That is why it was looked upon as a Christian nation for so long a time, simply because the evidence of it was widespread. There are still some records around to verify it; but in less than fifty years, certain elements of our society have almost succeeded in eliminating every mention of God; and the reason for it, is so they can live for the devil without anything to remind them that there is judgment pending. If God does let this nation exist another fifty years, going in its present trend, I would have to say, God will have to repent to Sodom and Gomorrah and that generation before the flood, and say, I am sorry that I got angry and destroyed you. That will not happen though. In another fifty years, this continent would be an unfit place for human beings to live. It almost is already; but with this bisexual lifestyle becoming so commonplace in some circles, just think how much fast this AIDS disease is going to spread. It takes it out of the scope of just homosexuals and the dope addicts, and spreads if into other homes as well. Why is our society heading for doom at such a fast pace? “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they become fools, (That is our American philosophers of this day and hour.) And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, (That is why humanists come along with their manifesto, exalting the body of the human being.) and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, (It is out of the heart of man, that these vain imaginations originate.) to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, (Yes, they have to first change the Bible into a lie, then they are ready to go to work on the mind’s of others.) and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.” In the last 30 some years, this kind of degraded living has really accelerated. Back in the 1960’s when they had Woodstock, I forget now how many young people took part in that thing; but right there the devil sowed a bunch of seed that has brought on a crop of reprobates. They are filthy dirty, tattooed all over their bodies, and live lower than animals. You see what could be beautiful young girls with tattoos all over their bodies. They look more like snakes than human beings. They look like devils. I have to say there is something wrong with the human brain when a beautiful young girl would want to have her body tattooed with all that kind of images, wearing rings in her nose, rings in her tongue, as well as in her ears. If she ever had a bad cold, there would surely be an explosion out of the side channels. “And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.” America has passed through many years of time under the influence of the Spirit of God, and under the guiding hand of the God that brought the Christian people here in the beginning. That fact, did not make every American a Christian, but it did mean that most all Americans had their upbringing in families where their children were taught how to respect certain basic laws of morality, of decency and human integrity, and how to respect the opposite sex where it needed to be respected. All of that has made a complete turn around. You do not find very many people anymore, that have it in their mind to glorify God. Verse 28, “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, (That sounds like America today.) God gave them over to a reprobate mind, (There they are, there is not one word in here about God, they got the far right and the far left. That is modern terminology. If you are against it, Oh, you are one of those far right characters, aren’t you? You can call it whatever you want to: I am as old fashioned as old fashioned can be.) Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of god, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, (Is that not the picture you see everywhere you go today? We are living in a time when teen age children will kill their parents just for the pleasure of doing it.) Without understanding, (You cannot tell them anything.) covenant breakers, without natural affection.” Yes saints, a lot of these women will not have a husband, to bear a child by, but they will sleep with every politician that sends out a call for them, including our president. That kind will go out here and pay two hundred, three hundred or more for some kind of registered dog and haul it all over the country, simply because they do not want to hold a little baby to their breast and look down into its face, knowing that it is part of her. That hairy little thing she has in her lap has to be bathed, groomed, house trained and all of that; but this kind of woman would rather do that than change diapers. (You just have to read between the lines as we go along here.) That is what an awful lot of these modern women want. Then you see on some of these games, as women are introduced, she is the proud mother of a two year old child, but she does not say one word about a husband. What America has stooped to, is almost unbelievable. “Without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, (Listen to this.) that they which commit such things are worthy of death.” The apostle Paul said that; and as Paul wrote this to the Jews at Rome, he was reminding them of this, If you cannot live a life according to what your forefathers established in the law, you are no better than that bunch of Gentiles you live among. You can hide behind the law and say, We are of Abraham’s seed, but if you cannot live any better, not only those Gentiles who live that way are worthy of death, but you who do not better yourselves, also are. That is why he closed his letter that way. We just have to come to one conclusion: We know the Bible said it would be this way; and here it is. It has been a long time in getting here, but how much worse can it get? The same man that wrote the letter we have been reading from, also wrote another letter. Go to 1st Corinthians 6. Before he goes into his explanation of marriage and divorce in the 7th chapter, Paul is reminding the Corinthian believer of the previous lifestyle they have been brought out of. He reminds them that the saints shall judge the world; therefore they should be able to judge simple matters. There is no way this Catholic priest can take the scriptures and justify his homosexual lifestyle, saying, I can be a homosexual and still be a Christian. Someone was telling my wife they heard a preacher talking much on this same subject. He met a young girl somewhere and he is on this subject, and she is trying to tell him, You can be this, and still be a Christian. There is no way you will ever get the apostle Paul to talk like that. Let us see what he says here, starting in verse 9. “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind. (10) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” Does that sound like God is just going to overlook what these abusers do, and say, Come on in? I assure you, He is not. As I read in one of these examples here, this one man said there are days he likes to put on a dress and go out dressed like a woman. Then there are days he likes to go out and look like a man. I say it is about time we all make up our mind’s who we are, and know for sure who we are not. If we are Christians, let us conduct ourselves like Christians, as is so specifically spelled out in the Bible. If you are a Christ woman, then dress like a Christian woman. If we are a Christian man, dress like a Christian man should. Let the world know where you stand. They may think we are old fogeys; and maybe we are, but what we are, is what we believe the Bible says Christians are to be. We are looking for the coming of Jesus Christ; and according to the scriptures, He is not coming for these perverts that go around claiming to be Christians. He is coming for a people that has been washed and made clean through the blood He shed at Calvary. Not only perverts are excluded: According to verse 10, a lot of others are excluded form the kingdom of God also. “Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” He hit the whole category and then reminded them, “And such were some of you: (what is the difference?) but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” That lets us know God can save people who have lived such lifestyles, but you will not continue on down the same old road, doing the same old things. If no drunk can enter the kingdom of heaven, what does it mean? God can save a drunk, but in the family of God he will no longer be a drunk. God can save an adulteress, but such will not continue on living that same type of lifestyle. It lets us know, whether it is a drunkard, whether it is a murderer, a fornicator, whatever it is, when the grace of God comes, He comes to change you, renew you, change your habits from the old creature you were, to a new creature in Christ. These homosexuals want to stand up and tell you, I can be a homosexual and still please God. What a deception! The devil tells them that and they believe it. They are as arrogant as the devil himself, to talk like that; and the only way you can get them to listen is to talk back to them the same way. Your perverted lifestyle identifies you with hell, not heaven. In Israel, under Israeli law, all these statutes and ordinances were mandatory for them to observe. The Bible says, If you break one of them in the least, you have broken them all. Bring that over to the age of Grace and try to twist one of these teachings of the Bible to justify some craving of your carnal flesh, and in the eyes of God you are out of the scriptures. God is not going to let us get by with changing this, changing that, changing everything that convicts us of sin. Otherwise Jesus died in vain. He died to save us from our sins, not to save us and leave us in our sins. Surrendering ourselves to Him, saves us fro our sins and lifts us up out of the gutter and washes us pure and clean in the blood of the Lord Jesus. No, I do not advocate taking a shot gun and going down and shooting all those that believe in abortion, or that are homosexuals, but do not come around trying to convince me that God is going to have a church made up of homosexuals. You are wrong, if you believe that. I know where they are going to be. Hell is going to be full of them; and they are not going to be happy when they get there. They may try to change hell, but it is not going to do them one bit of good.
